I had to find a new bet quickly. I feel like I hit the jackpot. The care of my best friend was exceptional. They called and checked on him also two times. I cannot recommend this office enough.

Brought my dog in for annual vaccines. Only has ear infections and got 6 months of heart worm meds and flea/tick meds… cost $807 for the visit. I will not be going back. I can’t imagine if my dog was actually sick what it would cost here

We are so impressed that they were able to see our cat Josie, a new patient, the very same day I called! Dr. Fulcher took care of her problem immediately after we dropped her off, then called with an update on her procedure. Then we were able to take her home an hour later. Very caring and just we we need for our fur babies!

The staff is always SO incredibly friendly and attentive to my and my fur baby's needs. The veterinarians are always thorough and never make me feel rushed during the appointment. Dr. Boggs spent so much time with me during my puppy (Norm's) first appointment. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond explaining things to me in a way I understood. The entire staff always makes sure I leave completely educated and understanding what the health game plan is for my fur baby. When my Olde English Bulldog, Otis, was first diagnosed with canine epilepsy, Dr. Diesel would call me daily to check in and see how Otis was doing- asking about any seizures and side effects from the medications. Dr. D spent so much time educating me on canine epilepsy and how to treat Otis. His and the staff's concern and dedication to not only Otis, but me as well, during that scary uncertain time made me forever loyal to Yorkshire Animal Hospital. I refer EVERYONE to Yorkshire Animal Hospital♥️

Everyone at Yorkshire was so patient and made it so much easier taking my nervous girl here! They let her get comfortable so it wasn’t a terrible and scary experience for her. I would highly recommend

Very knowledgeable and nice staff - I found my cat outside when she was a few days old and brought her here since! She ended up being super wobbly and when I called to ask about it they immediately asked me to send them a video to review her walking and then within minutes was able to tell me she had CH and what it was (never was charged!) + never wait long + always get treats during visits and try to make pets feel comfortable + never feel rushed + pets are priority!

Failed to do requested testing on stool samples on our recently adopted shelter kitten and cat from two different locations, kitten is very sick with two parasites that went untreated and has now passed them to the adult cat. Took three visits before they finally ran a stool sample to discover the diagnosis.
Additional details following Yorkshire’s response - Yorkshire ran a basic worm check, not checking for Coccidia or Giardia despite our request to run a full panel. No stool sample check was ran on the cat, the basic test was only done on the kitten. We brought the adult cat in only because we wanted her stool sample tested. The kitten was half the weight he was supposed to be and extremely gassy. Our second visit when the kitten was leaking diarrhea also did not include a stool sample test, instead the doctor decided he may have Coccidia but didn’t test for it. They also said the adult cat didn’t need to be treated. When we returned a week later with a kitten that was even sicker and an adult cat that had started having gas/diarrhea, they finally sent off a fecal sample for the appropriate tests, resulting in his Coccidia meds being doubled from the original dose and Giardia treatment finally started and then they agreed the adult cat also needed treatment following the diagnosis. Zero stars if it were possible.
