This place is a joke! When losing power you are locked out of your loft. Your key code for your door is a electric keypad with no key option. Also your car will be stuck in the parking lot, because the electric gate will not open.This recently happened and they have no back up generator! Paper thin walls! You can hear your neighbors having regular conversations right through the wall. You can hear them doing dishes, closing cabinets, microwave being shut, and their t.v especially if they have surrounded sound with bass. Also the grounds are rough and dirty. Pay attention to detail when touring and you will see what im talking about. One of the roofs inside breeze ways leading into your building is rusted and has been leaking for a year, with a 5 gallon bucket that hardly does anything for the soaked floor, with no repair in sight.

I Love the unique nature of this property. The genuine factory feel, my very spacious 2 bedroom loft, the super dog friendly environment, management is very nice and responsive to problems, fun events and the cute pool make meeting your neighbors easier than most places. Not to mention, we’re in the middle of probably the best, most walkable neighborhood- Lafayette Park!

Absolutely terrible. Apartment wasn't near ready upon move in. They are trying to charge us extra fees for a mistake that they made. They chose to ignore our concerns when we had them and solely focus on another tenant. Constant dogs barking from every unit. Oh and you cant take your dog to the dog park because of how much dog p*** there is all around the whole complex. I've lived in opop tower, soulard steelyard, and a couple other high end places in the St. Louis area and I have never been so disappointed in how a place was ran. Oh and this is the "NEW MANAGEMENT" this management has been here for over 6 months. All the reply's to review say new management. Smh

Management will not respond. My texts and emails actually go unanswered. Joseph will respond to my boyfriend, but not me. The neighbors are loud. Our expensive lofts were put together poorly and rushed. Dog p*** is EVERYWHERE. Don't let the great location rope you in. Not worth it. Stay away.

Follow up based on the “new management” reply left on here. I’ve followed up with new management. An employee actually told me that my deposit was transferred over to them as part of the sale. When I followed up with her again, she was no longer with the company. My multiple follow ups after that were met with nothing. I even showed up to the office in person to discuss and have been blown off, including multiple calls. Still one star.

Nice location. Terrible at maintaining the property. The parking gate has been broken for 8 months, the elevator broken for 2 months. AND, they had their phone disconnected. I'm guessing the owners have no interest in keeping their tenantsUPDATE: The elevator has been repaired. The parking gate was also repaired, but broke again after a month or so. The phone listed by Google appears to be wrong, use the number from their website instead - although it just rings and rings ...

Love the community of the people that live here, but management is not good. We have lived here for 5 years now and watched many things go drastically downhill; maintenance, property cleanliness and upkeep, the "gated" parking lot gate has been broken for a year. The security system randomly goes off all the time and beeps for over 24hrs. When trying to call the on call number you can't get through and they don't bother to come help until later business hours. We absolutely loved this place in the beginning and are really bumped at how much it has gone downhill. Only thing that keeps us here at this point is the pool and the neighbors.

Nice apartments but management is very unresponsive. Vacated apartment at the end of March 2019 and security deposit still has not been returned. Multiple inquiries and visits have been unanswered.
