About Wireworks Lofts
Wireworks Lofts offers very good quality apartments in the center of Saint Louis, known for its genuine factory feel and unique, spacious lofts. It is a more affordable place to live with a wonderful community both in the complex and outside of it. The location in Lafayette Park is considered the best, most walkable neighborhood in the city. The atmosphere is relaxed and bohemian, with very nice residents and a super dog-friendly environment. Amenities include a gym, a cute pool, and fun events that make meeting neighbors easy. While some kitchens are outdated and concrete floors need refinishing, management is very nice, responsive, and works to keep common areas clean. The maintenance staff is incredibly responsive, resolving issues quickly and efficiently with kind and friendly service.

Wireworks has a wonderful community in the complex, and outside of it. The Laffayette Park is the best location in the city.

Generally, it is a good place to live and more affordable than many other lofts/apartments. The kitchen is outdated, and the concrete floors need to be refinished. The current management is responsive and has tried to keep the common areas clean. The gym is a plus.
