I met with Casey to enjoin my accounts to a trust. He was extremely personable and quickly went through the steps to make it happen. He explained everything as we went along and we shared more than a few laughs. Casey is one reason I love my credit union.

Horrible customer service and shut my card off for no reason. Don’t even use the account since I have another account. No fraud or anything just shut the card up did with no heads up

There customer service and treatment of clients who had them when they were Gateway Federal is horrible. I had an account with them for since the 1980's and they recently have treated me with such disrespect for someone who had been with them so long. I'm glad I no longer bank with them and would suggest that no one get involved with this credit union. I know for a fact there are better out there.

West Community stepped up and offered zero interest loans to furloughed Federal workers in the Ray Federal Building in St Louis. Thank you West Community for helping me and my family.
