Wells Fargo Advisors has been consistently horrible. They locked my account because they misunderstood when I was going to be travelling and now they want me to drive 7 hours each way to get to their closest branch to unlock it. Ridiculous! I'm glad my partner quit working for WFA before he died. I'm sure their employees were treated as badly as their clients are.

ATM doesn't allow cash deposits. I complained about it and they retaliated by closing my account.

I paid my CC bill of 1024.92 twice on 6/28/23 and 6/29/23. I called on 6/29/23 to admit our mistake and requested my overpayment to be refunded. The banker said he would mark it for refund as soon as it was posted. Today is 8/14/23 and still have not received my refund. They even held it and deducted my next CC payment from my refund even though I have never been late paying, never. And I always paid in full. They said a check would be sent. It hasn't been sent. They owe me a refund plus a rewards check of 50.00 that they were supposed to send 7/12/23. That has never been sent either. If anyone reading this review is looking for a new credit card go somewhere else.

Donors Be aware! We are a charity, and donors send us donations through their IRA RMD. Wells Fargo sends the check to us without donor information and when we call to receive the information it all becomes top secret information when we know the donor wants to be identified. If the donor didn't want to be identified, then Wells Fargo should put "anonymous donor" in the memo. We have so many donors calling us asking why their funds from Wells Fargo have not been posted to their pledge commitment, the answer: Wells Fargo sent us no information.Thank you Wells Fargo for making our job that much more stressful.

This place is TERRIBLE. I could write a book on the hell this bank has put my family through over the past TWO months. A simple 2-3 Day process has taken this long and it is unacceptable. They take advantage of poor people and their associates have poor customer service.

Worst people ever. They will invest your money but make it impossible for your heirs to claim it after your death

While most of the ATM functions are working, the Deposit option was unavailable as of 7/29/22, which is really annoying considering there is really nowhere else to make Wells Fargo deposits in the area.

There’s no full service bank within 100 miles of St. Louis. Talk about redlining in 2022 WellsFargo hits the mark.
