WFA was my partner's employer before he passed. They have made the entire process a nightmare from repeatedly losing paperwork from his death certificate to the beneficiary claim form so many times I had to hire an attorney.Then, when his mother sued me, WFA refused to send an attorney, so I got stuck with a 28,000$ legal bill.Now, they misunderstood when I was going on vacation and flagged my account for fraud and want me to drive almost 300 miles to get to their nearest branch location so I can show my ID to unlock my account. I simply can't as I have a disability that prevents me from driving.This is a clear violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Let's litigate.

This place has the worse security officers. I had my car broken into a couple times over night and nothing has been done to correct the issue, the parking lot is dark, and no outside overnight officers. We have security in the daytime on bikes but overnight has no all night protection they only advise you to park in the garage and I am unable to walk long distance. The daytime receptionist has a unpleasant attitude at times and management as a whole is very unappreciative to their employees from what I see and hear. I will always address these concerns to corporate if nothing changes with the car break ins or management. We need Wells Fargo security overnight and not contractors.
