We had a membership for years on both of our vehicles. The price continues to rise as the service continues to decline. Once in a while I go back thinking maybe it has improved. Just tried again and it was worse than ever. On top of it now you have to sit in your car during the wash and drive yourself to the drying station. It's hectic and confusing. If I want full service I'll be driving to General Grant.

WHAT A JOKE! I purchased a 2 month "Whole Thing" Car Wash on April 1st for a birthday gift and I was given a brochure with a membership # written on the top. Today he tried to use it and was told by the person working that he didn't know anything about the membership number" and then charged him $50.00 for a car wash today. I checked my bank statement and sure enough, the monthly payment had been taken out on April 3rd. When I talked to Henry (Waterway carwash) and gave him the membership # and person's name he didn't have any trouble finding the membership. So now, we have to mess with getting a $50.00 refund from Waterway Carwash. I will never recommend this place to anyone!

You can't vacuum your vehicle, have to pay their staff to vacuum. Very confusing as other locations let you vacuum after wash and there is no clear indicatiion that it's different here. Staff was very friendly, wash was good, and I'm sure the vacuums work fine if you pay them to do it. Lack of clarity at this location is very annoying however and easily remedied with signs.

After paying $53 for a car wash and detail clean, I was not impressed! I will not make the mistake again. Windows was the worst! 1 window not even touched!

I love this company and love this location. I have 4 cars on their membership currently. The service is always emailing no matter who's working. The quality of the service is also always amazing. The value you get with the membership is pretty amazing especially as often as I got it just makes sense to get the value membership.

This was the Carwash I would always use . But sadly, it's quality of service has gone down and more than not. My car just not completely get clean. This is the reason I am giving up my membership and moving it over to car club even though you have to do your own vac me their equipment seems to get the car clean, hopefully waterway will improve there equipment and I can return my membership back to them since they are closer to my house and car club

Normally I think this place does a pretty good job with efficiency washing all of the vehicles that they see throughout the day, but I am not a fan of their new system where the customer drives the vehicle through the wash themselves. After driving my vehicle through the wash and being directed to a lane to get the interior washed, my vehicle sat there unattended for at least 15 minutes. Hello water spots! Meanwhile other vehicles that were behind me, got attended to before mine. A new system is fine, but only if it's efficient. The staff here simply seemed confused and out of sorts today. Hoping my next visit will be a better all-around experience!

Long time customer. Today wanted the top car wash $44.00. They told me I had to ride thru then drive to drying station...SERIOUSLY!!! 10 employees standing around & no cars in line. If I wanted to drive thru a car wash, I'd pay $10 for self serve. Left & went to General Grant Car Wash down the street. They do FULL SERVICE. for less.

Came here for our weekly car wash. Service was pretty smooth getting started, but they do nickel and dime you for every service you add on. Quality of the cleaning was really good and they have lots of employees working. Would recommend that you allot about 30 minutes for a car wash here given that it's a pretty busy location. Parking is a little hard to come by so definitely keep that in mind. Would probably come back!

They vacuumed the car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was fast and reasonably priced (esp for a chore I loathe). You have to has cash to tip FYI for people who rarely have cash (read: me)

I had a really great fuel and car wash experience at Waterway Carwash. A local friend recommended them and they were spot on. No issues with fueling at the pump. The area was spic & span with trash cans within their boundaries. The wash was an exterior only to remove road bugs off the rental. It's a touches then hand dry. The staff was very responsive to my needs and did a fantastic job. The interior waiting area was clean and professional looking. This is a car wash that should be on everyone's radar in Saint Louis.
