People are friendly and helpful. The membership is a great deal! Specially for how often it rains in the area. You'll get your monies worth after 4 visits, hands down!

The Express car wash is faulty and causes collisions inside the car wash. Don't use Waterway Express if you like your car. They then claim driver error when you have done nothing wrong. Definitely do not recommend.

Very helpful staff. Clean and efficient. Free vacuums that work. If your car isn't clean to your standard you can go back through.

The staff is very friendly, took my car through the car wash and it didn’t wash all of my car. They did tell me I could take it through again. I did pay for the monthly fee, the guy made me laugh when he said go head take it through, 10 more times if you want. lol

Good place to have get your vehicle clean. Depending on your budget, there is a range of wash options for you. You also have the option to sign up for their monthly membership. They take cash or card. Good vacuums as well. And they're free to use after your wash.

This has been my go-to car wash and I really liked it. The employees are engaged and helpful. Sadly, they changed their wash options and increased the price for the wash with wheel cleaning by $8. That’s a big jump, and at $25, it will have me shopping around for other options.

I always get the $14. Wash because it gets under the vehicle. Living in a state where it snows you need to keep the salt from rusting your vehicle.Price has went up !!!!Inflation is a bish....But I still want my ? vehicle to shine so now I'm paying $18. ?....But I still get the wash makes my vehicle look showroom ready...Why does the price keep bouncing up and down ? Got a car wash today ( my birthday ? 1/28/24) and the price has changed again $16.00

Great and quick service. Got the $8 basic wash option and vacuumed the glitter that scattered all over the interior of my vehicle. Will definitely return again.

Staff are awesome! Only complaint is the dryer leaves a lot of water still on the car. I would either delete the dryer or slow down the drive through so it dries a little bit longer
