Never have your medication on time and never stick to their timetable to when they said it would be ready. No matter when you go pick them up they always say to come back within 30 mins to an hour.

This Walgreens is like a poor man's Walmart. I feel like I need a tetanus shot every time I walk in here. Kinda like Advance Auto.

Calling to check if the store has a product is a huge hastle, 10 min circles with an auto-voice to speak with an employee.

The people there could be a bit more friendly. They aren't rude just most of them act like they don't want to be there. Not all of them (kathy is awesome which why 2 stars and not one. They need more like her). We frequent this walgreens out of convenience and that is where our prescriptions go. A smile would go along way and perhaps if you see someone looking for something ask if you could help and not ignore your customers. The pharmacy always has excuses as to why there is a delay in prescriptions. They always blame the insurance companies or the doctor which is a lie. A couple times we caught them in their lies. They said they never got anything back from the doctor. So we call the doctor and they said it was sent the day before or even hours before. It is just plain awful.

Awful pharmacy service. I believe it is the lead pharmacist that creates the issues while the techs are trying to help customers but after they talk to lead pharmacists (who never talks directly with customers) is always feeding techs full of excuses of why the ball was dropped and inaccurate information.Avoid this place and switch to CVS at Schnucks location which has better service and are friendly

I have been coming to this Walgreens pharmacy for almost two decades, I am a long time customer and love the clearance sales. Today I came in to pick up my medicine and I paid for it b12 vials but no needles, I asked the pharmacist and she claimed it wasn't in the order? How do they expect me to take the meds without it? This is not an insurance covered medicine as it is, so I didn't have the money to purchase their insulin needles. I need the correct needles or I can't take my meds.i also had thyroid meds I need to take daily filled, because I am out and they just changed my micrograms.I appreciate they hold them for me when I forget, and always a courtesy call reminder. But today I decided that I would no more patronize this location when they couldn't refund my money after knowing I couldn't take the meds without the needles. Why would I buy medicine without being able to take it? Also I interviewed with this store about a year ago, Jessica is the store manager. Yeah, thanks for making me wait to refund my money for days, all the while no medicine

OTC card declined twice. Accepted at store at 4400 Lemay Ferry. Cashier at this store very snippy and rude.

Great store! Friendly staff! They carry a wide selection of anything you could need. From beauty, pet needs, and lots of cheap booze. They do not deliver, though they're partnered with Door dash if needed. The pharmacy is incredibly overpriced with outdated systems, so I definitely don't recommend that part.

I've always liked walgreens. Their prices were always higher than anyone else but they have almost anything you need.

Both on the phone and in person, I have found every person in Pharmacy to be very kind, professional, pleasant and helpful. They answered my questions and guided me through the steps I needed to take in order to process one of the prescriptions which required some intervention with both my insurance as well as my doctor. I appreciated their help!

Extremely slow pharmacy department appointment time doesn't when you actually get taken care of...usually 10-15 minutes late
