This pharmacy got my prescription dose wrong then call me 2 weeks later to correct the error . mean while I’ve been taking to much and I’m dizzy a feeling real weird . They acted like it was nothing to make an error with prescriptions this place is going to kill somebody. It’s 100% the owner of this franchise’s fault for hiring dangerous employees. I plan I contacting the owner directly when I get all my information from my doctor and see if any damage was done . They may breeze over this like nothing happened but I assure you it’s definitely not over any cares not about me then I will show them the same regard eye for an eye . If you’re taking life saving medication I recommend you triple check what you’re getting or go to a different location because the owner of this location wants to play stupid games with the health of the community. See you soon

As usual, store was clean and well lit. Easy to find everything and helpful staff.

I placed two separate Mail-for-Me card orders on December 1, 2023. My first order was processed and shipped immediately. My second order was in production for ten days. December 11, the order status said canceled. I called customer service at 1-877-250-5823. Customer service said the reason for the cancelation was because the order "cannot be fulfilled." I asked which location was filling the order, and he told me Watson Road. I then called Watson Road and talked with a Manager. She told me the order was printed and sitting in the store. She did not know why the order was canceled. Since they were printed, I asked if she could go ahead and mail them for me, and she did not know what I was talking about. She did not understand I paid for Mail-for-Me cards and that the store was to mail the cards for me. She told me she was still new and would need to talk to her manager. December 12, I received a call from the Watson Road location that it was not possible to mail my Mail-for-Me cards and that I would need to come pick them up. I was at work, so my mother picked them up for me at 1:11p. When she went to pick up the cards, the envelopes had the "first class mail U.S. Postage Paid" stamp on them. These Mail-for-Me cards and envelopes sat in the Watson Road store for 10 days and all the employees had to do was stuff the envelopes and mail them for me - which is what I paid for. The Store Manager would not let my mother leave the store without paying for the cards because I had a "pending refund" due to the cancelation. My mother paid $83.69 for the cards which is MORE than the original cost ($78.62). I then called Walgreens Customer Service and explained the issue. Customer Service said they would pass this along and I would receive a call back from upper management. December 13, I received a call from the Watson Road Store Manager. She still had no explanation as to why the cards I ordered on December 1st were not mailed for me. The Walgreens Mail-for-Me FAQ page states "Mail-for-Me cards are sent via USPS with a typical delivery time of 2-5 days." Why on day 11 of these cards sitting in the store, was the order cancelled and why were they never mailed? The Manager could not answer these questions and insisted the issue was resolved because the cancelation triggered a refund. There was still no answer as to how or why the order was canceled. All she could tell me was it was canceled "on the internet." When my mother picked up the cards for me in-store on December 12, why was she charged MORE money ($83.69) than I originally paid ($78.62)? The Manager insisted she had to pay for them, without taking any accountability for the mistake or any offer to make this right. If the store did what they were supposed to, there would be no issue. Now I'm out an additional $5.07, have still not received the $78.62 refund, and I've wasted several hours of my life I can't get back. Not to mention the added stress from using a service that was supposed to save me time by not having to pick up, address, stamp, and mail these cards!

went to pick up my prescriptions and despite the fact that my insurance card said my meds had a zero co-pays, they still charged one and were very arrogant when I pointed it out.

Well, after my day when I got home I decided to get my flu shot at a normal time of year when the flu is going around. I made an appointment at Walgreens and made sure to give them all my information online so that I could get in and get out. I got there and we were first in line, then the two ladies at the front of the pharmacy were extremely slow, and very d**** as you know Walgreens is the worst drug company in the history of pharmaceuticals.

This Walgreens has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are hands down the rudest people I have ever met i my life.

The wait times for a prescription have been 2-3 days over the last 6 months. The pharmacy is almost always swamped (appearing to be short staffed). I scheduled my Covid booster 2 weeks ahead and I ended up waiting 25 minutes past the scheduled time to receive it. Am changing pharmacies now.

Do NOT use this pharmacy!! Exceptionally and spectacularly rude and unprofessional AF on several occasions. "Miferta" literally had an out of body experience and physical reaction of disgust that I mistakenly swapped up my Covid test dates by mistake. As I was pulling up the email, she stormed off out of the pharmacy window as I was talking to her about my appointment after throwing up her hands in frustration at me. The next day, had her again! "Oh S**** was my immediate thought as I pulled up and spotted her scowled up eyes and heard her nasty, kirt manner of speaking. I thought I could suck it up long enough to swab both nostrils but she snapped at me about not touching the bin and I couldn't stand it. Speaking with the pharmacist manager was about as useful as installing a windshield wiper on a goats a** -- she obviously wasn't interested in leadership, but rather getting me to go away as fast as possible. Real lack of courage and fortitude in the work place-- totally get how "Miferta the Evil" is allowed to function. Drive the extra mile to Sappington. It's totally worth it to avoid this black hole where human kindness, dignity and respect go to die.

I wouldn’t plan on doing a Covid test at this location if you plan to get your results back within a week. 72 hours is listed on every spot on their website and on the confirmation email. Got tested on a Friday morning. It is now Wednesday afternoon and nothing. “It’s considered 72 hours in business days.” May want to specify that for people who actually need their test results.

I brought in my phone to try to print photos at the photo center (I can do this at CVS, but today, my local CVS's photo computer wasn't working). The USB cables wouldn't fit into my phone. The harried woman working the photo area (her nametag read Karen) was trying to deal with someone on the phone and came close to snapping at another customer who came to the counter. "If you're checking out, you can go over there." Customer: "No, I got a text that my prints were ready." "Well, you'll have to wait. I'm on the phone." That call took a good five minutes, then she waited on the woman with the prints, then asked me if I needed help. I held up the USB cable and said "Yes, neither of these"--and that's as far as I got. "You can't print pictures off of that." I said, "That's odd. You can at CVS." "Well, we're not CVS." She turned her back and went into the next room. You're darned right you're not, and I won't be back.

Pharmacy filled Rxs out of order, causing issues - pharmacy manager, Shannon, was VERY rude and not only did she do nothing to rectify a mistake made, she was alllll attitude. I work in healthcare, and know what the rules & regulations are - this place DOES NOT FOLLOW IT. I do not feel safe getting medications from here any longer - Walgreens must also not have a very good electronic medical records system in place, otherwise it would flag errors such as these. I would literally rather pay more money to take my prescriptions somewhere else, so I know they are being filled properly & safely - two things you CANNOT count on this Walgreens to do.

I recently had to switch back to Walgreens from CVS because my insurance changed. I MISS MY CVS. This pharmacy is a nightmare. No matter how many people are waiting in line, there is never more than one cashier and it always seems chaotic. There is a large retired community in Crestwood, and this pharmacy is filled with elderly people tying up the line DURING RUSH HOUR when they could literally come in at any other time. One lady tied up the pharmacist, asking questions for over 10 minutes with a line of angry people behind her. FUN.
