I have to drive a half hour to go to this pharmacy to be properly gendered and after a horrific experience here my second time picking up here (where the pharmacy manager had to literally apologize on behalf of the employee who was not sorry at all and did not apologize for being rude as hell) I now have a panic attack before picking up my t and that employee still is helping customers. I don’t understand how you can be a queer devoted pharmacy inside of an lgbtq healthcare facility and fumble the ball so hard that trans patients don’t feel safe coming here. Do better.

I had to transfer Rx from another pharmacy & was treated with patience & kindness over the phone. A different Walgreens location wasn't so helpful so I really appreciated the great customer care provided at this location.

Best pharmacy ever! I moved to Saint Louis two years ago and was delighted to find this tiny pharmacy at the back of Southampton Health Care. Employees are kind and attentive. The cashiers constantly sanitize the customer counter and its card reader. The store is only open during daytime business hours and has no drive-thru. Still, it appears to do a thriving business, and I prefer it to the mega pharmacies nearby.

The pharmacy is great! Techs and pharmacists are helpful and actually care about your well-being. I had a great experience in the store as well with the manager. She was helpful, cheerful, and kind.

I have encountered a very bad experience this year with some of the staff,I have refill my meds for the past two years in this location, same medicine,they never told me we need to call the doctor,I said okay they said we call nobody pick the phone we left a voicemail,I told them give me my script and I drop it in another pharmacy and they refilled my meds within 15min.

Their pharmacists are always very friendly and helpful!!! If they're every paper work to be done between your insurance and drug manufacturer they always do the leg work for me... Beings it's a smaller Walgreens they always have time for one on one consultation vers the larger Walgreens without feeling rushed!!! Thanks Southampton Walgreens for your help without showing signs of showing burdened on your part!!!

After coming here for just under a year now, it's time to give my review a lift. I am still very excited about Southampton Healthcare. Here's what I love so much about it: As far as I am aware, they are one of the only healthcare facilities in Saint Louis that explicitly champions the unique health-related needs of the queer community. They are passionate about providing care for folks in the LGBTQIA spectrum and are continually growing to better meet their needs. I started seeing Dr. Hayden here regularly since this past October. In my experience, I have loved that they seem to value holistic health. When you first start off as a patient here, you are answer questions about multiple dimensions of your health, not just physical. I love that and think it's important. They also take steps to be sensitive towards people's preferred pronouns. What's more, they have a Walgreens inside of the facility that also has a handful of very kind and inclusive folks who always go above and beyond. Thanks for all you do, Southampton Healthcare!
