Staff can be lazy, I get over it because it's close to my house. Today I noticed someone left their dog in their car when it's 100 degrees outside with the windows just barely cracked. I couldn't stay so I called up to try and get some help from the staff and they hung up on me. So not only are you lazy, you're heartless and don't care when animals are being abused on your property. Yikes.

Prepare to camp out in line to pick up your prescription. Not employee/pharm tech fault, they just need more employees on the Pharmacy department.

Don't come here unless you like to be accused of stealing just for walking in. I got approached by some dirty, scummy looking 'security' woman with her teeth falling out of her face telling me to leave my bag at the counter or I have to leave so I left. As if I am going to leave my bag at the counter so that a homeless woman can rummage through it and take whatever she wants. I get treated like this just because I came in. That's it. How many women did they make leave their purses at the counter today?I have been coming to this Walgreens for years and Walgreens as a whole for nearly 20 years and have never once had to leave my bag somewhere. Nor have I been treated so rude and disrespectfully.

Thee Nerve of the pharmacy to cancel my meds because SHE Said YOU can get some of them over the counter. Like SHAWNA you really don't know what is going on with me and my money. IT'S WHY IT'S A PRESCRIPTION MA'AM I've been waiting since the 24th of April and to call and be places on hold and then to have been hung up on 8 times.... IF YOUR JOB IS FRUSTRATING YOU PLEASE GET INTO ANOTHER FIELD

Very slow service in the pharmacy, I have literally slept in the parking lot waiting on my prescriptions to get filled. Tried to call and ask about my prescriptions today only to be put on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. They like to play God with people's prescriptions and its not right.

I do medication history for an ICU. I was on hold to verify doses of critical medications (including a blood thinner, insulin dosing, and many others) for just under 30 minutes (27 minutes, to be exact). The pharmacist hung up on me without even greeting me. The call was made during normal business hours, after their lunch break. This greatly impacted care.

It's open 24 hours and you will never have a problem unless you ask for help. So know what you want and where it's located.They ain't going beyond their pay to help with nothing and I don't blame them.

This place is horrible! My mom called them this morning and the lady told her Quote: I don't have time to talk to you! She needed questions answered about her prescriptions. This is serious you are playing with people's health. Whoever you are at 9 am this morning watch who mom you talk to like that! You will have a lawsuit on your hands. Plus people don't play about mothers! You Need to be in the back-breaking down boxes. Not working with customers. Get some anger management. Not no one's fault you work at Walgreens but yours! I don't want to come to dirty ragged St Louis and protest this store for the treatment of elders. Evil people work for this company! I keep telling her go to CVS! This ghetto ratchet store. Needs to be closed down.

Awful ? They constantly run out of my medications causing me to start and stop my meds. ALWAYS RUDE and never answer the phones. No one cares. I've been trying for 3 days to transfer to CVS and they are playing games and will not fax everything over. I've never seen anything like this. Please do not use this location. It's a shame. You deserve better than what I have had to go thru here .I am calling the news
