This Walgreens has procured the eyedrops I need when my longtime Walgreens could not. And done so in a timely manner. I am grateful for this contribution to saving my sight!

Generally a fine experience, but can be understaffed.

Incredibly slow regardless of time of day, no sense of urgency from anyone and unapologetic for 30 minute phone hold times, even longer waits for the drive thru and even in-store. I’ve seen employees sitting on their phone until I get their attention and they reluctantly come to the drive thru window.

DO NOT go to this Walgreens. By far the worst customer service I have ever seen. I ordered thank you card from the photo area they were printed on the wrong type of paper, not only were they not willing to re-print them on the correct paper. They were willing to just throw them away and recycle and send me to a different store. DO NOT GO HERE!

Do not even attempt to get a prescription filled here. It would be more timely to call in your prescription to the next state over and travel there by horseback. Whatever time they tell you, add 6 hours. Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with in my life. They have never gotten a prescription done on time. They do not answer the phones. And they do no provide any reason as to why. I have never written a review for anything, but this service is just bad enough to make me write one.

This place is absolute trash. Never have prescriptions ready in a timely manner. The lady in the drive through said she would try to “expedite” the prescription for our 1 year old son who was very sick. We showed up for the 2nd time, which was 2 hours after they said it would be ready because we know better than to think they would have it ready when they said they would. Prescription STILL wasn’t ready when we showed up. The people there a clueless. Other multiple visits, Walgreens says “they haven’t received the prescription order from our doctor,” which isn’t true. The order was sent and shows sent. There is something messed with with Walgreens system. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Freaking clowns

Never have Coke products in stock, for example today they had seven cherry cokes in the whole store. Super busy with about 10 people in line and only one person checking out. Couple of other employees just wandering around aimlessly not stocking and certainly not helping customers! Can't find a Walgreens that has adequate service or stock.

Store is very convenient and always recovered and clean. The associates are always super nice and helpful. Only thing I don't like is how expensive it is.

Running over an hour behind on vaccine appointments. It was not due to them being busy. They were moving extremely slow and did not care. Their system to check in people was flawed and caused the wait to be worse.

Decent Walgreens. Terrible covid shot organization. Go someplace else for your shots.

I am a physician who went into the store to get a couple of items. The store has a request for "social distancing", as it should, but the cashiers were not wearing masks nor gloves. The distance between the customer checking out, and the cashier, was maybe two feet. I was wearing a mask--I take care of patients, both in and out patient, and I'm trying to keep myself and others safe. I asked the cashier to please use hand sanitizer before touching my purchases. She refused, but said she would put on gloves. I pointed out that she would be touching the gloves without first cleaning her hands. She refused to use hand sanitizer and said I didn't have to check out if I didn't want to. I left without my purchases. Walgreens is a pharmacy. The rules in their stores should be following CDC guidelines during this crisis. Walgreens needs to take better care of their employees (who do not have the protection they need) and their customers. I will recommend to my patients that they fill their prescriptions elsewhere.
