This pharmacy is awful. My prescriptions are delayed or out of stock every month.I’ve given them more than enough time to get it together. Officially switching to a different pharmacy, even though this one is closest to my home.

Well, after my day when I got home I decided to get my flu shot at a normal time of year when the flu is going around. I made an appointment at Walgreens and made sure to give them all my information online so that I could get in and get out. I got there and we were first in line, then the two ladies at the front of the pharmacy were extremely slow, and very dumb, as you know Walgreens is the worst drug company in the history of pharmaceuticals.

Made a COVID test appointment, and when I got there they said they couldn't do it anymore. Never had any issues at other locations. The pharmacist, presumably, never even greeted me or met me at the window. I would avoid this one.

Do NOT use this pharmacy!! Exceptionally and spectacularly rude and unprofessional AF on several occasions. "Miferta" literally had an out of body experience and physical reaction of disgust that I mistakenly swapped up my Covid test dates by mistake. As I was pulling up the email, she stormed off out of the pharmacy window as I was talking to her about my appointment after throwing up her hands in frustration at me. The next day, had her again! "Oh S**** was my immediate thought as I pulled up and spotted her scowled up eyes and heard her nasty, kirt manner of speaking. I thought I could suck it up long enough to swab both nostrils but she snapped at me about not touching the bin and I couldn't stand it. Speaking with the pharmacist manager was about as useful as installing a windshield wiper on a goats a** -- she obviously wasn't interested in leadership, but rather getting me to go away as fast as possible. Real lack of courage and fortitude in the work place-- totally get how "Miferta the Evil" is allowed to function. Drive the extra mile to Sappington. It's totally worth it to avoid this black hole where human kindness, dignity and respect go to die.

I brought in my phone to try to print photos at the photo center (I can do this at CVS, but today, my local CVS's photo computer wasn't working). The USB cables wouldn't fit into my phone. The harried woman working the photo area (her nametag read Karen) was trying to deal with someone on the phone and came close to snapping at another customer who came to the counter. "If you're checking out, you can go over there." Customer: "No, I got a text that my prints were ready." "Well, you'll have to wait. I'm on the phone." That call took a good five minutes, then she waited on the woman with the prints, then asked me if I needed help. I held up the USB cable and said "Yes, neither of these"--and that's as far as I got. "You can't print pictures off of that." I said, "That's odd. You can at CVS." "Well, we're not CVS." She turned her back and went into the next room. You're darned right you're not, and I won't be back.

I recently had to switch back to Walgreens from CVS because my insurance changed. I MISS MY CVS. This pharmacy is a nightmare. No matter how many people are waiting in line, there is never more than one cashier and it always seems chaotic. There is a large retired community in Crestwood, and this pharmacy is filled with elderly people tying up the line DURING RUSH HOUR when they could literally come in at any other time. One lady tied up the pharmacist, asking questions for over 10 minutes with a line of angry people behind her. FUN.

Walgreens once again rates a 1 star for their outstanding non-customer service. I have refused to come here because of this, but was forced to use Walgreens due to a rebate on a med only they were offering. Waiting in the drive through 12 minutes with no acknowledgement that you are there while the technician is working on the computer right there..uncalled for. Turning in all of the appropriate paperwork for the prescription (especially the rebate card for this med) only to be charged $89.xx. When I asked about the rebate card I submitted..got the blank stare. How about the technician saying yea to questions and not yes (sorry gripe of mine). I can go on and on about how poor this pharmacy is, what I don't understand is how Walgreens lets this keep happening.
