It’s changed a lot, the prices are to high, the offers are not as great as they used to be, many of the products you can find elsewhere and cheaper. I’m not very excited about shopping in Walgreens lately, so I can’t really recommend it.

OTC card declined twice. Accepted at store at 4400 Lemay Ferry. Cashier at this store very snippy and rude.

Both on the phone and in person, I have found every person in Pharmacy to be very kind, professional, pleasant and helpful. They answered my questions and guided me through the steps I needed to take in order to process one of the prescriptions which required some intervention with both my insurance as well as my doctor. I appreciated their help!

Extremely slow pharmacy department appointment time doesn't when you actually get taken care of...usually 10-15 minutes late

I waited at the pharmacy for an hour to get my flu shot, with nobody else in front of me, and nobody else even waiting for a shot most of the time I was there. I had to make an appointment, even though their sign only says that Covid shots need one. I filled out their paperwork twice and started to fill it out a third because the tech couldn't find it. They the.lnlet 2 other people go in front of me because they misbooked my appt for the next day and didn't catch it. I got off from work 45 minutes early to do this, but still managed to get home an hour later than I normally do. I've worked at pharmacies before, and I know how crazy busy they can get. This was not one of those pharmacies, at least not while I was there.
