Theee worst location to have a package delivered to. I had my delivery set for this location due to a business trip in the area. They could not find my package.. I assured them the tracking info showed it was delivered but they still turned me away. Made some calls and checked back with Walgreens, the clerk says, "oh we do have it, sorry." Talk about angry!! I live 1hr away!!!

I was making a purchase and the gal asked if I had rewards. I said yes, and I put in my number. It wanted me to join a new program, I said no. She asked me if I wanted to use my balance. I said yes, she said enter phone number again, and press green button. It wanted me to join the new program. She said it was just to transfer info. To use my balance I did it. She totaled me up. I asked if it applied my balance. She said I had none. I do not appreciate deceptive tactics to get me to switch programs so they can track more information on me.

This is the absolute worst Walgreens to go to the pharmacy is absolutely terrible every time I'm there they will check me out for my prescription but refuse to check me out for any products even though I'm purchasing also a prescription and then they send me to a different location in the store to check out twice it makes absolutely no sense the young pharmacist in there will refuse to check me out tell me he's too busy and then go sit on his a** it's absolutely ridiculous I've never received worst service at this pharmacy the young guy also Will tell me it is a huge inconvenience to process my prescription I don't understand how someone can give such a terrible service every time he tells me he does not have the time to check out my products only my Script. Full of ignorance

What the pharmacy staff lacks in knowledge they make up for with arrogance, misinformation, and vast vagueness. Please don't use them if you are chronically ill....

David and Bob are the best. The pharmacy also has a very kind gracious new young woman with them. This is a wonderful change.

The Walgreens Pharmacy I'm Telegraph and Yeager Road has one of the very best pharmacist I've ever known. David is a very helpful very caring professional pharmacist. The only reason I use the store it all is because of him and Bob. I can't say that much for the rest of the employees in that Walgreens.

Cameron is always so fantastic. He goes out of his way to go above and beyond for his customers. Hopefully he gets the recognition and promotions he deserves. He’s absolutely wonderful!!

My daughter got a passport photo taken yesterday and it did not meet the standard requirements to be valid... she paid the $16... she went back today to have it corrected and again paid $16. She should have not been charged the 2nd time since they messed up. I went in there a few minutes ago to get her money back, preparing for an argument. I explained what happened to the man in photo and he immediately knew it was a mistake, no argument needed!! He refunded her money right away. Cameron at Walgreens, you are a darling!!!!

I hate to leave a bad review , but after numerous bad experiences and filling out multiple surveys about poor service on their website, I decided it's time. I never enjoy coming into this Walgreens as a few of the staff members are consistently rude, seemingly stuck-up and don't seem to have the time of day for their customers (specifically the older woman at the checkout and the older man who works in the pharmacy). At first i wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt-- everybody has bad days-- but it's been a constant with each visit (though I will say that the young lady in the beauty and cosmetics section is ALWAYS very sweet and pleasant!). Hope to see a change soon!

This is my go to store anytime I need miscellaneous items. They have anything I need & they have long hours so its very user friendly. There's a pharmacy, they have snacks, freezer items, all hygiene items, make up, baby items etc.
