Pharmacist is kind considerate and community minded. Goes a long way in our world today. The team behind the counter is top notch. Appreciate all you do!!

Pharmacist has a terrible customer/patient attitude. HE is NOT friendly, and a smile would probably be a rare facial expression!!

Barb and the pharmacy team are always excellent!! Over the years, my mother and I have gotten superb service from her. She even wore a mask recently when giving my high-risk elderly mother a vaccine, and we didn't have to ask! She's always positive, friendly, and has a smile on her face :) I always love going there just to see her! Even though it's a national chain, it feels like a neighborhood pharmacy. Also, recently, while I was in the drive thru, the pharmacist came on to notify me of a possibly critical medical interaction with a new medication that my mother's cardiologist hadn't told us to beware of!! If I hadn't known this, it's very likely my mother would have ended up in the hospital! It's so nice to have them here. I know they endure riff-raff sometimes, and I'm always concerned there may be changes, but they're still here, and we love it. I have also read a lot about their new mode of filling prescriptions and a lot of them being prepared off site and shipped in, and that certainly has to be a pain to deal with, but they make it as seamless as possible. Thanks Barb and Walgreens staff!! We appreciate you!

The Walgreens in St. Louis, Missouri off Lafayette and Truman was really slow someone voided something and the lady told her to ring it out on the other register and instead of doing that!! she just sat down well there was a line full of people.

This Walgreens as a whole hole is fine in a pinch. Often the shelves are very bare and look ransacked. The pharmacy department is terrible. I won't be using this place to fill a prescription ever again. There was no line and the pharmacy was not busy, yet I still had to go stand off to the side and wait 35 minutes for a tube of skin cream. I never received my prescription because I gave up and decided to leave.

This location reminds me of post apocalypse America. They usually have security "inside" their front entrance, but that doesn't help when you are "outside" dealing with panhandlers in their parking lot. I do not feel safe there. They do have a nice selection of greeting cards, but I couldn't score a carton of milk. A lot of bare shelves. I've been there numerous times over the years, but I'm done. Goodbye, good luck. Sorry !

They fill prescriptions late and don't deliver (they say they'll deliver but never actually send the meds). They are ridiculously understaffed, and I have to wait on hold for over an hour every time I need to speak to someone.

Frequent issues with the pharmacy. Missing prescriptions, prescriptions not filled on time, very long wait times at the drive through, very long wait times when trying to call. Dealing with them is always an ordeal. Be prepared to spend a good part of your morning/day just trying to get ahold of them.Just look at the other reviews here. Same, consistent issues going back years.

Y’all… Ashley is the best! It’s January and my new insurance wasn’t coming up but Ashley went above and beyond to get on the phone with my insurance provider and make sure my scripts all got filled. I have a lot of prescriptions and she took the time to make sure they all got processed. Her outstanding service made my day and I am so grateful for her! THANK YOU, Ashley!

Zero stars if possible!! Don't use this Walgreens or maybe point in fact, any Walgreens especially for immunizations!! What is the point of an appointment if 1.) the time is overshot by 25 minutes and 2.) people waiting after you are taken BEFORE you. Apologies just don't cut it... Use CVS FOR IMMUNIZATION services!!! You've been warned!

Finished two months of medication. I was called buy the company to make sure I was finished with the course if medications. I was treated with respect, explained very effectively what I needed to do by confident staff members. I was given accurate information about the side effects I may of had and I did. Having been educated effectively I didn't panic.

Staffing isn't their problem. It's utilizing their available resources appropriately. They're usually OK... Meaning sometimes they take care of their checkout and sometimes they don't. My qualm is that over the last few months, they have one underage kid behind the counter while adults are stocking or in the the back. If you need alcohol or tobacco, GFL... The kids do just fine, the problem is they can't sell everything. Then they set there and page an adult to help for several minutes while you just set there. I will leave my sh*t on the counter if you can't get an adult to check me out with in a few minutes. I've sat up there and waited 20 minutes before... While a crowd of people gathered trying to buy stuff a kid can't sell... While anyone else skips right by us. Again, it's not a staffing issue. It's poor management that doesn't understand how implement the resources they have available. Have your kids stocking and doing stuff in the back. Have an adult at the counter. It's not rocket science.
