This place was very well run before the pandemic. Now, they can not be trusted to process your oder in a timely manner. Waiting an hour for a prescription that had already been confirmed is not uncommon.It's not the individuals fault, just whoever runs the place is unconcerned with regular people.

I've been going to several Walgreens looking for a particular Halloween candy (it's the season!) and out of the several I've been to so far, this one has been the sketchiest. The doors are beat up and the entrance is dirty and unwelcoming, as is the security guard stationed just inside. But it had THREE of the candy I was looking for and the cashiers were friendly and efficient.

I am not sure why everyone seems to dislike this Walgreens. Everytime, I have been everyone has been kind and helpful. I have never had an issue with this location and no one on the staff has ever been rude and they are open during the listed store hours unlike some locations in Saint Louis. I come here at least once or twice a week.

The pharmacy staff has been consistently amazing at this location.I am basically not well ever, so I’m here far more than one probably should be.That being said, I nearly always have a positive experience when visiting and have witnessed the folks behind the counter go well above and beyond standard service on numerous occasions.*edit: (05/2023) Well, it’s worth noting my initial review does not accurately reflect the state of this pharmacy presently. Though there are still a couple great techs and pharmacists here, there has been massive staff turnover and service has really suffered. Wait times have increased dramatically and the care and helpfulness of staff has seen a significant decline.Much of this team looks like they’re being worked into the ground, so I can’t say I blame any of them (maybe with the exception of one..).Corporate probably isn’t in the best shape (or certainly not making the best calls), as more than one of the neighboring pharmacies have shut down, in turn funneling many customers/patients to this location.

Normally I don't write reviews but I had to let people know what is going on. This Walgreens is in a urban area with a high crime rate. They have armed security at the front entrance. Just because it is in a low income minority area does not mean you have to give ghetto customer service. They have a new manager that is refusing to accept FedEx packages. First she said the packages were to large. I called FedEx and they advised the packages were with in the 40 lbs weight limit and size limit. When I informed the manger of the FedEx guidelines she explained there was limited space and she did not want to be responsible for shoplifters stealing peoples packages. When I picked up my packages yesterday the red head assistant manger informed me that her manger said they would not be accepting any more of these large packages. I advised the assistant manager that the packages are with in the weight and size limit per FedEx regulation. The red head assistant manager is very rude. I have seen other customers have issue with her. You basically have a white management staff servicing a black lower income area. These managers don't live in the area and don't know how to effectively service this type of community. Walgreens needs minority leadership at this store in order for it to be successful. I have called FedEx corporate customer service as well as Walgreens corporate customer service to complain on this manger and the service I have received from Walgreens. The reason I had my packages redirected to Walgreens is because people will steal packages off my porch. When Walgreens refuses to accept my packages it can take up to 2 additional weeks to get them. This new manger needs to be transferred to a Walgreen Store in the suburbs.

No bathroom for customers OR STAFF men and women out of service. I mean I was a little flustered because no minute like the last minute but do better to take care of the people working for you, that's just disrespectful. Awesome customer service tho. Visited 715p 9/19/18

I was going to this Walgreens pharmacy for 18 years. They used to be a good place. But I noticed a lot of employees getting fired and a high turnover. Every month there was a problem getting my meds filled correctly. This finally became such a problem that after all those years I had to stop going there. I now drive about 7 miles as opposed to 3 blocks to CVS. I find out that the Walgreens was way overcharging for all of my prescriptions the entire time. I am glad to make the drive to CVS. I don't want to return to Walgreens ever.
