Ordered same day flower delivery. Called to see if they could deliver by 2:30PM, if not deliver next morning. Response was they could not do either one. So she put the supervisor on, who hung up on me after I asked for a refund.

I went through FTD, and they used this location as a 3rd party to deliver my daughter 1 dozen long stem roses for Valentines Day. And they were not fresh our gorgeous at all. Horrible!!!! I asked FTD to use another local florist in the area, this place is NOT good. We are use to beautiful gorgeous roses that don't look like the dead.

Non professional behavior in my opinion. One of the ladies made rude comments to me and challenged what I requested. A paying customer should not have to deal withat no matter what! I will find another floral shop in the future!

My kids sent me flowers from Wade for Mother's Day. They are gorgeous and obviously fresh as they are lasting really well. I will use Wade again for sure.

I ordered flowers for an apartment resident and they were delivered on a Friday to the apartment office per the apartment's policy. The apartment never notified the recipient. I thought the flowers had not been delivered so called Wade Florist on Monday since they were closed over the weekend. After talking with them and then having the recipient go to the apartment office we discovered what had happened. Wade Florist had asked me to let them know if the flowers were found. When I called them back they offered to resend a new bouquet at no cost to me. I offered to at least pay the delivery fee which they also declined. The new bouquet was delivered the next morning and was beautiful! It was no fault of Wade Florist and they still did everything they could to ensure a fresh, beautiful delivery. Tamara was very helpful and lovely to work with. Thank you, Wade Florist, for your professionalism!

The entire staff was so friendly and helpful in my families time of grief. Having an on-site flower shop with a knowledgeable florist made the this trying day a little more stress-free. Thank you to your staff for making this stress.

Very rude and unprofessional. Didn't accept my order and didn't even say sorry we can't, just " we can't" and hanged up the phone! I called back to check why did they do that and again they treated me poorly, unprofessionally, and in a very rude manner, saying it is their busiest day of the year and they don't have time to explain or argue!! Horrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend this place.
