Viviano did a great job with my new back door and 3 windows. My home was built in the 1890s and nothing is square or plumb so I’m super pleased that everything fits and is finished off cleanly. I now have windows that open and a door that closes easily without shaking the whole house. Thanks Viviano!

I have been dealing Viviano for years. They have always gone above and beyond. My fiberglass door with oval stained glass in the middle developed a crack in the molding, I purchased it 20 years ago from another company. The maufacturing didn't make that door anymore. The installer was no longer in St Louis I checked with several companies and noone wanted to touch it. They told me I would need to get a new door. 3000+. I talked to Robert he said they would fix it. It was not be perfect put it would be much cheaper than replacing the door. Dan came out. He filled the crack and repainted the door. All 300.00. If you look close you can see where it was repaired, but it's down and the bottom and no one notices. I am so happy with it. Dan did a great job. Viviano people are the best.

I have used Viviano for 3 projects now. They are absolutely fantastic. First a new entry door that I am in love with (as are my neighbors), great quality door and Mark is outstanding in installation. Next were new windows throughout the house. Oh my - I can't say enough on the quality of the windows and the team of installers. They were fantastic. Again Mark is so experienced and his helpers were so conscientious. They were efficient and cleaned up wonderfully. Lastly a second entry door (rear) installed which I am thrilled with and again another great install with Mark going above the grade to make adjustments to outside exposure with new siding trim to make it pop. Dan was great to work with in figuring out what I wanted and getting me the costs/paperwork done. As far as the office admin, Laney is an absolute GEM. She is so efficient, knows her stuff and very kind. I am so glad I went with Viviano's - quality, experience and great value!!

Very please with Viviano's Windows & Door. I ordered 5 home Windows and a Front storm door after getting 3 quotes. They were installed last month in a timely manner and great service from the guys doing the work! Mission Accomplished!!

I’m only halfway done with my project and already so happy! They replaced two exterior doors for me, both very tricky jobs due to previous water damage and very old, warped doors and door jams. The workers who came were very professional and the craftsmanship is impeccable. They carefully cut the side bits around the basement door to fit smoothly around my very irregularly shaped stone opening. I doubt other companies would have been so detail oriented. It’s made a huge difference and I’m so happy! Will absolutely use them again.

We had a front door installed by Viviano Windows and door yesterday. What was as impressive as the door, was the young man named Dakota, who installed the door. He couldn't have been much more than 20 years old and he was very professional, respectful, and did a great job cleaning up after himself. His parents and employer should be very proud of him. Nicely done, Dakota!

Viviano's is acceptable if you go with every scrap of info you could possibly need. They are zero help with suggestions about the industry they specialize in.And you better hope you never have an issue. My six week door order went past ten weeks. Viviano's answer was, "sounds like a you problem."I will not use them ever again.Edit: As it isn't possible to respond to the business' account, I have to reply here.My company ordered a door on 07-27-23. Our door finally came in on 10-04-23. It took about five phone calls to finally find out the manufacturer didn't do the door and we had to wait an additional 4 weeks beyond the 6 that we were told.Nothing was done to compensate us being 4 extra weeks out or spurring the manufacturer to fix the mistake faster.We have learned our lesson and will never use a company that is not in their customer's corner.

I had Viviano do two separate jobs for me, first replacing an exterior door and then a few months later replacing three windows and two glass panes in existing windows.We got off to a poor start when the employee who came to take initial measurements made a mistake that led to an incorrect price quote. Robert called me a few weeks later to apologize for the mistake, explained what had happened, and asked if I was still interested at the correct price. Luckily I had procrastinated on the project!The crew that did the exterior door was polite and did solid work. I had to touch up the caulking after a heavy rain storm revealed a spot that was missed, but it wasn't a big deal. Based on that experience, I had them come back to replace several windows. I was blown away by the second job, both in terms of the quality of the windows and the quality of the installation.Overall the company is easy to work with. Their supplier ships on a much faster timeline than some of their competitors, and installation was seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to use Viviano again.

Living in a 100 year old house, we needed a storm door that would fit our "half round door" (i think thats the right term). These doors are very hard to find so despite living in NY, we ended up ordering from Viviano in MO. The experience has been great in every way possible. Great communication, knowledge, patience, etc. They have also answered questions and offered to replace something free of charge after the fact! Highly recommend.

I am a professional home inspector and have also bought and rehabbed over 20 properties in *********. I have used Viviano for several custom storm doors. Their office and installers always provide excellent and polite customer service. My most recent custom door purchase for my own home had a "factory" defect that was not discovered until several months after the installation. Viviano responded to my phone call the same day and insisted that the manufacturer provide me with a new replacement storm door instead of the manufacturer's initial offer to repair the defect. I will be receiving a new door including installation at no cost to me. **********

After several months, and searching for five different custome door makers in St. Louis, we chose Vivano because they sound handle our round storm door. After we have them a deposit and waiting several months, they contacted us today offering to cancel our order because they farm out the custom door to one person single man who is on medical leave. They assured us that they would try to finish our storm door over $4,000. But they are no longer offering storm doors. Nor can they tell us whether our front door will be additional months. We’d cancel but we have been unable to find someone to competenting for our front door. It’s currently hald together with duct tape and is quite embarrassing.So unfortunately, do not give any business to Valavano, as they are very expensive and do not keep their word, or even have the competency you spend thousands for.I’m sorry for the stress it causes you. But regardless of their website or promises of competency, they should be avoided at all costs. They will not, and cannot, make the doors they claim to be able to make, and you will suffer for months for it.If you know of anyone competent, we’d love to hear competent options. The situation Valvano has left us in is infuriating, embarrassing, and shows little work ethic.Thank you for your time.The photos of our door since Valavno has missed their many deadlines and cannot promise what we paid for it humiliating.Service: General door installation

They sent out one of their representatives, he had the window fixed and working and locking in a few minutes. Such a sigh of relief to have fixed as I'm expecting a grandchild soon and was worried with the window. Now my worries and stress are gone. Can't say enough about how grateful I am.
