I actually love my Vision Grill. I prefer many of the design features over the big green egg or Kamado Joe... however, getting parts and customer service is a nightmare. If they could fix that part of their business they would definitely be a 5 star business and product.

Very excited about this grill I've been using it for 5 months but I cannot keep temperature for smoking It's either too hot or too cold I've got to be there every minute to make sure it maintains its temperature. I've had so much better luck on some of the cheaper smokers I've had, if you want to use it for smoking I would consider a green egg or a traeger grill.

Vision grills are amazing! But if you were trying to order a part, good luck. My thermometer went out on my grill, I ordered one on May 31. It said it would be here by June 9. I called today to check on it they said it might be next week before it ships out. They could not give me any better answer than that.

I ordered a part and had paid for expedited delivery (2 business days). I had it delivered to the USA where a friend was going. It took 7 days for the piece to arrive where it was supposed to, and my friend was no longer there. I have written to Vision Grills a few times to have them change the delivery address due to their delay. They told me to deal with it on my own. I have never seen such bad service!

Great Grill I've had for about 5 years now. Only a couple of issues. The inner ceramic Bowl cracked after a couple of years and was replaced under warranty. And the wheels on the frame are adequate but the threaded inserts in the frame that accept the wheels broke out of the frame almost immediately. I did engineer a fix though as you can see in the photo

Yesterday, the weather was perfect to try the new Vision Grill..When the grill was delivered, it was just amazing how it was well packaged.Nothing was broken, all the pieces and accessories were nicely packaged.The looks of this grill in the taupe color is gorgeous.Started with a rack of baby back ribs with a dry rub, followed with bbq sauce..The mesquite charcoal enhanced the smokiness flavors of the ribs.The electric starter was so quick and easy to get the charcoal on its way!Thank you for making such a superior product!!

I’m trying to find anyone who will sell and ship a fire box (the internal ceramic box where the charcoal goes) do any of your distributors carry this item? I’ve sent an email and haven’t heard back.
