I've been going here since I was a kid. That place and the guys that have worked there forever, have a special place in my memories of growing up.
Plus they have EVERYTHING!

Vinyl galore. Legit, old school record store. No AC. Not for the heat sensitive on hot days.

Sell more new than used anymore. The new is higher than most places, but they do stock some harder to find newer releases. Friendly staff nice selection of books , dvds, cassettes. It's worth the visit.

What a trippy stroll down memory lane this place is! I saw albums I owned when I was 19. Styx, Rush, Queen, Foreigner, Kansas. I guess I could only afford bands with one syllable names back then.

Vintage Vinyl is one of the few places left on the Delmar Loop that make the Delmar Loop a destination stop for tourists and locals. It is a destination stop for any music fan coming through St. Louis. This place is a living breathing Time Machine. I came here over the weekend for the first time since probably 2014 and it still looks the exact same as when I last was there and honestly it looks the same from when I was a teen in the 90’s. Is this good or bad? You’ll have to judge but it is definitely worthy of being called a landmark here in the STL and it does have a ton of great LPs and CDs. New and used and a great deal of variety. It caught my eye that they had the LP of Beyoncé new album. Hadn’t seen the cover yet and loved it. Went a little further in and saw some Stephen Stills in the LP section and just got lost in the albums they had. They have a massive collection but the aisles are wide and the labeling is very good. The staff are knowledgeable and they like their music like baristas like their coffee. Right across the street is one of the other major attractions on the Delmar Loop Fritz’s. This is a two story St. Louis local soda company’s premier restaurant and their food and ice cream floats are not to be missed. So my recommendation is to check this place out today!

Exactly the vinyl store you have known for decades and decades with little to no effort to change at all, good or bad.

This is a really good store. Was driving cross country in March and this was the best store I visited.
I found some albums I had been searching. Very reasonably priced.
