My son and I had Monica help us with transferring a number. This was no easy task, as my son and I had spent about 5 hours total between 6 different phone stores(not including the drive time) and over the phone in a 24 hour period. Monica was the one who figured out the entire mess, got it straightened out and exactly what we needed to do to finish the process. Monica is kind and showed great patience.
