Mail sits in this place for a week or more without moving while people are waiting for their mail. Something is wrong with this. And where is customer service priority?

In the future, I will try not to use the post office to send personal and children's things, the company brazenly ignored the complaint, citing the fact that receipts and all other evidence were not attached. The parcel was opened upon delivery, it had already been delivered and the things in it were replaced with other thrown out dirty and it is not clear by whom. The post office disclaims responsibility for this, so I am very disappointed with the work of this company and do not recommend sending them to this company if you have expensive things. It is better to use those companies that are responsible for their business. I do not understand what is the point of insuring these parcels, in my case it was insurance for $ 100 if it is not returned in any form. And plus you will have to pay $ 51 for the delivery itself. Not only did the parcel arrive a week late, but it was also opened, other things were planted, and our things that the child was waiting for were stolen. Photographic evidence was attached that the parcel was opened and dirty things were thrown in. rude attitude! sent a child's personal belongings, stole our things and put these dirty clothes in the parcel - we used usps postal services! and the parcel arrived 2 weeks late

Total incompetence going on at this USPS location. They have had my priority package sitting there for 7 days now. No one will answer the phone. After ringing about 12 times, rolls to a mailbox that is "full" and will not allow you to leave a message. Other phone numbers published for this location are disconnected. Thanks Louis DeJoy.

Well, I don’t what has happened in recent history with the US Postal Service network in St. Louis, but the wheels have definitely fallen off the car!
I have several priority mail packages, Both inbound and outbound, Currently sitting in postal purgatory hell in St. Louis.
The inbound priority mail packages make it to St. Louis in a day or two from all over the country and then sit there at the St. Louis BMC for weeks on end. I would advise firing everybody involved in this facility and hiring all new workers because the job is definitely not getting done!

The St. Louis distribution center has lost two of my packages within a one-week time frame. The official designation is “delayed in transit” and then they just disappear. I have zero confidence in sending or receiving anything through USPS anymore and will avoid them at all costs moving forward.

3 of my packages have sat in st louis distribution center for days now. One we sent last Thursday and still sitting there. Other one was sent to me. One took a week to get to me and the other one is still in at louis.... idk what they're doing down there but it's not working....

Don’t go here for a passport, I had an appt at noon arrived 10 mins early like the email said and was told the person that does passports may not arrive until 12 15 and they never showed. I repeat do not go here for passport, go to Clayton location.

My package has been at this location for a week now, with no end in sight. I literally live 10 minutes away. HOW is this facility so bad at doing their jobs?! I don't understand it. This never happens at the Maplewood Post Office location. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU

The United States Postal service is the worst service if you’re sending a package across the country. Every time there’s a delay or it gets held up at a distribution center. These centers are not open to getting calls or visits from the public yet our packages are getting lost or stolen at these centers. Never in the future will I go through the USPS to have my stuff delivered. Typical government operations. Worthless!!!

This place is a DISGRACE, this is the second time my package has been lost here. Fire the manager and/or whoever is in charge of operations at this location. It’s sad that he/she can’t do the job. Probably never using USPS again.
