8/10/2024 @ 1145am: Kerry is a ROCK STAR! Wish every Post Office had a person with this much work ethic & attention to detail. We had an appointment for 3 minor passports at the South County mall location. The USPS rep there turned us away b/c it was “too much” and asked questions to find any reason to turn us away. She sent us to the Telegraph location where Kerry took care of business. Looked like he took care of about a dozen passports by the time we showed up.

Tamria or what ever her name is is the rudest worker I have ever met and seen such poor service from many many many time. I hate that I have to come here and wish there was another option

I hardly go out of my way to write reviews, but Tamika is an absolute angel. I just went in there to submit my passport application and she somehow managed to make something that people usually dread, feel like a genuinely good time. It’s not too often you come across people like that and when you do, they deserve to be recognized. The whole front staff was great and personable, I can't recommend them enough for any of your postal services!

I genuinely don’t understand the negative reviews people give this post office. Kerry and the rest of the staff there are incredibly friendly and warm and helped me swiftly with my issues. They remember you and are incredibly kind if you’re kind back. First post office I’ve ever been to between four different states that felt like a “personal” one for me. I have never walked out of a post office with a smile before until starting to go here.

Went in to submit passport renewal forms and make sure the picture adhered to the proper format. We waited for a couple of minutes before a man named Kerry came up to the front desk. Once he got to the front desk, he did not speak to us, but just waved us forward impatiently with a scanner. We explained our situation to him and how we just wanted to check that our pictures were good, and he said they were correct. We then tried to submit our forms, but he looked at the form, made a dissatisfied grunt, and shook his head no. We asked what was wrong and without saying anything, he pulled out a different form. We asked him what that was and he pointed to the top of the page without saying anything. When we asked for clarification, he said "name change less than one year ago", which was the top of Form DS-5504. However, my wife had her name changed more than a year ago and her prior passport was 5 years old, so this form wasn't applicable. He said "I wouldn't risk it" but would not elaborate further. When we said that we qualified for Form DS-82 by answering yes to all the questions at the top of the page, he just pointed at the other form he gave us. We finally just decided to leave because he was so useless and horrible at communicating whatever he was trying to say. When we got home, we did further research which confirmed we were right and he was trying to get us to use the wrong form. Kerry was terrible with his customer service and wasted our time. You're better off trying to find another post office whose workers can give accurate information and are not absolute douchebags.

I rarely leave reviews, and have never left a bad one before, but I had a really bad and unnecessary interaction here. I had two small packages I wanted to buy shipping for. The first one I paid for right away. For the second one I was selling something and it was my first time shipping this way so I was unsure of the cost. The second I knew the cost (from the first package and payment) I texted the girl and she immediately went to send me the payment before I bought shipping and sent the package. Between the first receipt and second receipt there is a 4 minute window. It took 4 minutes to receive the payment, buy the second package’s shipping, and be on my way. During those 4 minutes I explained the situation, apologized very nicely multiple times, and gave updates. The woman working was impatient and annoyed with me throughout the 4 minutes. I felt like a child getting talked down to for doing something bad instead of a 20 year old. During our interaction she said “you know we have other customers right” in a condescending way. (Two people by the way) I waited more than 5 minutes for the man before me to be done. I’ve never been to a post office and not waited in line for a bit! Everything I did was completely normal and I was nice and communicative throughout it all. People have taken longer ordering at the restaurant I work at and never once have I treated them badly or have had the urge to. This was my first and only time at this location. I normally go to Arnold/imperial. They always are happy to do their job and nice throughout my countless interactions with them.

Had to come here to get my mail because the mailman can't get into the mailboxes at my complex due to an issue. They got mad at me when I came in for not knowing my route number. The man was so rude. Then they don't even have my mail and it has been 2 weeks since mail has been delivered for my building

I’ve had PO BOXES FOR 4+Years and usually love the staff but this “new !! Ghetto !! Disrespectful ! ! Unprofessional !! Supervisor she makes up a new name every time she said she was miss Harris but there is a dark skin middle age women, a darker toned middle age man, and nice dark hairs and blonde that work there and a older SWEETHEART MEDIUM TO E WOMEN and there last supervisor light skin man (I’m bi racial) I MEANN LOVELY PEOPLE) but this new young lady needs to be let go!!! CORPORATE PLEASE BEWARE TJIS LADY IS A BAD COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE !!! !listen to phone call that was just made 5 mins ago about my fiancé picking up my package and I live in Charleston Missouri VERY InconveniencingI will write a review on every Gmail account I have every time this young lady is disrespectful. She needs to be terminated and her unprofessionalism should be looked into!!!

We've lived in Oakville for 30 years and always received our mail on-time, everyday, and knew our letter carriers. Something is wrong when you don't receive mail for days, which has been the case for quite some time now. Its not just our subdivision, but all throughout Oakville. What's the deal guys??

I paid $75 to send a document to EU and still got treated like trash. The black guy with Goethea was rude and ignorant. I simply asked for a customs form which is required to send to EU... When I was finally done he threw receipt my way. Forget about any kind of greeting even though I said thanks...

I been living in Yorktowne apartments for almost 17 years and have had problems getting my mail by ether taking more days to get bills and not getting bills at all or getting other people’s mail.Over the 17 years I’ve had to call my credit card company to get another bill n hope I get it in time to get it back to them so it’s not late. I also didn’t receive my electric bill and Gas bill. And 2 times my bank statement. I pay $6 a month for. I have to pay $5.00 more to get a copy sent to me that I need to balance my account. I’m disabled with pain to get around and I have to rely on getting my mail. I have to get a hard copy cause I have to been on Social Security for 12 years with a tight budget so I can’t do things on the computer I don’t have. I have 6 sometimes more every month I have to use stamps plus my other bills. So I use 13 to 15 stamps every month. At my age I been getting mail and bills for many years before I moved here and never had a problem getting them until I moved here. These bills n Bank Statements I wonder who got them or where did they go.Last i have medical bills,insurance renters,auto, that I need to receive. I really hope this wasn’t a waste of my time.

Place has been a shot hole for the last several years. Needs to be closed , the ntire staff fired and a total revamp of the facility. Staff are always rude and there are never more than 2 clerks (if you are lucky) running the front. After hours facility is garbage also. Never any priority boxes or the supplies for them in the lobby. It really wouldn't matter anyway since the self service kiosk is never working. And I literally mean Never!
