I’d rather visit the DMV than come here again. Many people laughing behind the counter, one person working and she had a horrible attitude. There were 8 people waiting behind me and one guy just saying “sorry for the wait” but not doing anything.

Dropped off a package LAST WEEK and this week it’s still showing as “accepted” at this same location with 0 movement. Avoid at all cost. And I WILL be terrorizing yall in the morning about my item that was carelessly “scanned” and “shipped” until it gets to its destination.

The two women working at this location were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Unfortunately, others feel the same way based on their reviews. If you need help or service, certainly don’t go to this location.

Dropped package on Feb 7 in mailbox inside and still showing not received or scanned. Ridiculous!How can I sell something on EBay and expect to be on time . How does that make me look to the buyer .

I recieved exceptional customer service from the representative Ranisha and the male manager on duty. Ranisha immediately greeted with a smile and helped me solve my package issue with a positive attitude. She was professional and knowledgeable. I will be returning to this location for all my postal needs. Thank you guys again for saving the day!

The employee who assisted me was extremely rude and condescending to me and everyone she assisted before me. It was very uncomfortable and disrespectful, especially since it was for literally no reason. All the customers were respectful to the employees.
