~~~***BUYERS BEWARE***~~~I placed an order for PDI Sani-Hands Instant Hand Sanitizing Wipes on March 3, 2020. I was provided a shipping order and date. The item was shipped to ST. LOUIS, when I live in Arizona! I repeated emailed the company and was able to get only one response..."Your order was transferred to our St. Louis warehouse because the main warehouse does not ship to post office boxes. It will be shipped to you from St. Louis." That email was received on March 17, 2020. Since then I have sent repeated emails, left messages to either refund my money or send the item, and request a followup email or phone call as to what the status is. I have not heard from anyone, have not received a refund or my item.I WOULD URGE ALL BUYERS TO SEEK BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

This place is real and not a scam. I wasn't sure after they took my money. I ordered something March 19th and just received my items March 28th. I will say I did try to call them and email them but had no response which worrried me. My items came from La Vergne, TN. So it's a different address than the one on their website. If you order from them just give them time to get it to you.

I placed an order on 3/11/20 and I have yet to receive my items. I contacted them, however, no reply yet. I understand that due to the current COVID19 situation things might not be running as smoothly as they can, but let the customers know or at least give back my money. This is just unacceptable. I have filed a complaint with the FTC.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered items at beginning of March. Card charged 2 days later. Contacted by company that the single canister hand wipes were not available, and that I had to switch to case or cancel order. I switched to case, and waited 6 weeks. When I asked for an update, they canceled my order. Their justification was that the supplier couldn’t fulfill the shipment, yet USA Medical’s website still had item listed as “available” and “usually ships in1-2 weeks”. They have many similar complaints posted on the BBB website. There are much better companies. Beware!

I would give a negative star rating if possible. I placed an order with them at the beginning of March and have called repeatedly and been told that it was on back order. More recently they are saying that they will not be able to get the items and will refund me the $200 plus dollars through Pay Pal but have yet to do so despite many follow up calls and ample time. It is terrible to take advantage of people in these times!

I placed an order on March 11th which came out to be around $67. I never got a confirmation email or tracking number. They took the money right away though. I've emailed them twice and called them twice and no reply or refund. It's been 2 months now and I can't get a hold of them. I made a complaint with the FTC. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Why take advantage during a pandemic!!!

I ordered some items in March, my card was charged 2 days later. The website stated 1-2 day shipping well that was a lie. Two weeks later no product. I tried emailing and calling nothing worked. Two more weeks went by which is now mid April and still nothing. I finally received an email stating the manufacturer canceled my order and I'll get a full refund in 5-7 business days well that was another lie. It's been over 10 days and still nothing. I call today May 1st and finally got an answer. Of course their reply was wait 5-7 more business days. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Item said 1-2 weeks to ship and over a month later company did not have the product. I tried reaching out to them but they were non-responsive. Not a company I care to support.

Seems as if I am not the only one that has been conned into false promises. They took my payment immediately and never sent the product or communicated as to the delay. Their phone number is not answered and goes to voicemail or just hangs up. Please refund my order, number 122299 Sani wipes. $115.78 paid on March 15,2020. I received no communication or replies, no product, and the phone number goes straight to answering machine or just hangs up. Kindly refund my money quickly or I will report it to the FTC. They refunded my order. I wish this didn't have to happen I'm sure they aren just overwhelmed but please keep communications open in the future.
