Great service. My son opened an account. Katy did great! However I'm allergic to mold and got a headache within 20 mins of being there. I can smell the mold.

Awful experience. I went to open a savings account at this branch. The employee was rude, she choose and open the account without my consent. When I asked her what type of account you open?. Her response was is on those papers I just gave you so you can read them and see how your account works. Closing my account soon there.

My wife had an appointment at another branch to close on a loan and it fell through but we contacted Sue and she agreed to take her last minute. She was courteous, professional, and very helpful. she took the time to explain everything to both of us and went out of her way to help us with some other transactions.

One of my employees shared with me the other day who works at the window at this location. I'm apt to forgive. But, I never forget a face, especially one of someone who made such a spectacle of herself in my place of business while wearing a bank employee badge. To add injury to insult, she wrote an "epistle" of falsehoods on my business on Google. Well, Karma is you know what for the young lady whose first name starts with a "U". US Bank is a bad judge of character, allowing someone like this to behave like she did and have a bank employee badge on during that event. I won't be doing business here, ever. And if I am successful enough with business contacts spanning an almost 24 year career in St. Louis, neither will they.

Do not use this banks Visa card. The credit card company is in bed with big businesses they pay them a lot of money for credit card transaction fees. If you have a dispute with them your case will go in the businesses favor. This is a violation of consumer credit laws and they should be investigated by the government.

Customer service is horrible, the ladies are more concerned about snippity answers than helping my 92 year old dad that has had 2 strokes and is wheel chair bound. Terrible manners!

They'll leave a family starving out of state ( one with no u.s bank branches) rather then help send them a replacement debit card to there hotel which apparently there not allowed to do. The branch manager was awful and hung up in my face. Absolutely no customer service.

The bank is extremely prejudicial to low income individuals. Had my relative on disability payments with a perfect credit history apply for a Visa credit card from them. They rejected him. I filed a complaint with the Federal comptrollers office after a female bank Representative told me the reason was because he was only getting those payments. The Feds forced the bank to give him his credit cards since what they done was against federal law. The bank representative that warned me was fired. Second issue, I had checking account their for years and a lot in IRA. They made some recent changes in their checking account policy that unless you keep at least $1,700.00 USD in the accounts you would be forced to pay $20.00 each month plus they were going to charge $2.00 if they sent you a bank statement, and none if you had an online account. To get an online account you must open up a debit card. This is blackmail since I do not want a debit card. I closed my checking accounts but before they would close them and give a check back only I had to tell them why I was closing my account first. Very rude and dishonest bank.
