The ATM's gladly take all of my deposits. That's really all I need in a bank. If you need more, well, this review isn't for you. I don't care about inside, but they replaced the ATMs a while ago and now they're super nice, as long as you don't get stuck behind that one person who's doing fifty transactions of some kind. You're sitting there in line behind them and you wonder what exactly they're doing as their hand goes in and out of the car, pressing buttons on the screen, taking and giving the ATM cash, and it goes on for fifteen minutes. Who are you people that do this, and do you know something that I don't?

why is there some random dude's phone number on here. I wanted to call the bank and ask a question, not get some dude who might work at the bank. Take this down man. You aren't important enough to justify having your own thing on Google Maps.

Took forever to open an account. Guy at the counter screwed up the name on the acct twice, and now I have to have it fixed for the third time. Go to a different branch. I suspect he screwed up the name on the account on purpose for political reasons, due to he fact that it is a political treasury account.

I'm so dissatisfied with USBank . I rarely go to the bank but each time I do something is not working so i can't get anything done . That ATM is always down . Frustrating Lobby still not open - can't even make an appointment.

Why is 9am a good time for a bank to open ? I need you to open before 8am when most people need to be at work and not close at 4 pm before I leave work, thanks for nothing!

I've been banking with US Bank for more than 15 years. I have an awesome equity line of credit that has come in handy at times. I also love their online banking platform. Joe Lawson at the Gustine location is a top notch communicator and truly cares about his clients. 5 STARS!!
