Today I was in the lobby of the location on Southwest. I was waiting in line. There were two people being served. I was next. One of the people being waited on had completed their transaction and left. The person, your team member, made eye contact and then looked down. She sat there for another second or two then walked away. No explanation. She could have said step up I'll be with you in a minute. But no. Just left me standing there. The other team member got a phone call and presented that I was invisible. This is not the first time I've gotten poor service. I left and went to the location on Hampton where I received amazing friendly prompt service

I've been banking with US Bank for 8 years. This was my first (and last) experience at this specific branch. I needed to get a cashier's check to pay the caterer's for my wedding. I was helped immediately, handed over my ID, and we went through all the paper work to get the check. It wasn't until after the cashier's check was printed that the teller suddenly decided that I couldn't have the check because I was a man, and therefore didn't match the woman on my ID... which is my actual real ID (I'm a woman). I've literally never had something like this happen before so I was completely at a loss for words. I tried to offer up other forms of ID, but the teller said we could be twins, and that I had stolen my twin sister's IDs to steal her money. Like how do you argue against and prove your identity against such an obscure and absurd story like that? So, I couldn't get the cashier's check because the teller decided I was a man, despite me being a woman, and there was no way I could defend myself against that. I've never had such an experience before and I will not be coming back to this branch.

If you’re brown, run, they will steal your money and try to have you arrested if you confront them.

I went to try and exchange some coins for bills and stood in line for 20 minutes just to find out that this “bank” doesn’t even have a coin counting machine! Interior looked like a DMV.

Courtney was so helpful today! I’d been needing to update my credit card, and she helped me navigate the app and select a card that’s even better for my lifestyle. Quick, friendly, and efficient! 10/10 ?

I had scheduled a 9am meeting to meet with someone at this branch to explore investing my savings. When I arrived at 9am, the scheduled opening time for the business, it wasn't open yet. After several moments the doors were unlocked. Since no one was present to greet me I waited in line to speak with a teller to guide me to the person I was supposed to meet with. I found out that that person was another teller who told me they didn't know anything about the meeting and would meet with me when they wrapped up assisting serving several other people in line. After 20 minutes they approached me asking what the meeting was about. I explained the purpose. They then said that was something they couldn't do. I'd have to speak with someone else who wasn't there who would call me later to set up a second meeting. So all my efforts to schedule a time to accomplish something at this location were wasted and I was now facing having another meeting to schedule and accommodate.Businesses should open on time, be aware of scheduled meetings, and be prepared to respect their customer's time. Now wondering if should look elsewhere with my investments.

Just called up there this morning to put in a change order. The person that answered the phone went through the normal greeting then asked if I would mind being put on hold. Before I could answer she put me on hold and I preceded to be on hold for twenty minutes. I figured that would happen because this location is a hit or miss as far as them answering their phone. So I hung up, called back, the same person answered the phone and did the same thing, put me on hold before I could even speak. As she was putting me on hold I was yelling into the phone, 'You've already put me on hold"!!! Whether she heard me or not she hung up. This really irritated me. I already know that I will be on hold for a long time again so I hung up. I will try later. This is a horrid US Bank branch. We deal with them because they are right down the street but we might have to choose another location because they ridiculous and totally unprofessional.

I made an appointment for 2pm on a Thursday to simply change the last name on my account because I just got married. I showed up at 1:50pm and was directed to sit. After watching the women behind the counter gab to a friend for 15 minutes, one of the women came over to me at 2:07pm. "Hi, I just realized that it's 2:07 and the woman you made an appointment with still isn't back. We're short staffed so she took her lunch late. I bet she'll return in around 20 minutes." The woman who missed my appointment confirmed the previous day. I have a job that I took time from for this appointment. I do not have the time to wait around for "bets" on whether this woman would return or not. This branch needs a lesson in professionalism. Being short on staff is not an excuse for missing an appointment. Another person to help or management assistance was not offered. The woman who missed the appointment did not even call to apologize for wasting my time. I now must make another appointment and take time off another day to get this done. I should also add that I ran into a similar problem the last time I visited this branch where I waited for 35 minutes and then an additional hour just to set up an account. I will likely be closing my accounts at US Bank based off of my most recent experiences at this branch.

This literally has to be the worst branch. I waited 18m with only one car in front of me. And this is not the first time. I have left on numerous occasions because of the same or more wait time. And to make things worse the tellers are constantly rude.

I have never experienced such misery with a bank before. Fortunately, I do not have an account at US Bank. Unfortunately, my late husband did have an account there. I have all the legal work and documentation that needs to be completed to close his account; however, there are many lobbies closed, and those that are open do not have staff to complete the closure. I was told to make an appointment, but nobody answers the phone! If US Bank is closed to people who need their money, it needs to be closed all the time!
