Worst experience ever. It's like you are bothering then for assistance. I should've not had to come there in the beginning. This is about the 4th time in a year I had to get a new card. #timeforanewbank.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The manager is very rude and unhelpful. I came in to handle some business and instead of trying to help me with my issue he gave me the general number and said "good luck".

Staff is great!! Management not so much!!!Why is the drive through closed?Why did I stand in line to the door only to be asked to wait to the side for my change? I appreciate the teller who helped me reminding the Manager over and over she needed ones, but he clearly didn’t care!That should not have taken 30 minutes

Update...this branch does not have lobby hours, so went through drive thru with my complaint. Was told they couldn't help me, and that I needed to call their 800 number for assistance. I did that, and my only option was to start an inquiry for the discrepancy which takes 10 days. Meanwhile, they have my $200. Shopping for a new bank.

Why is it only 2 Lanes open if the inside is closed? I have literally been sitting in line for 25 minutes with 3 cars still in front of me. This location needs more staff or something. This is so ridiculous I’m about to be done with US Bank

I've been a US Bank customer for 20 ppus years. Today I had the worst experience from I'm guessing their branch manager. I was instructed to come here to fax/email paperwork to US Bank Mortgage. The gentleman was rude about sending the information then said that he emailed it to me and walked away. He stated they don't get a confirmation on when it's sent and to check my email. I stated that I did and there was nothing...he ignored what I said walked away and went to sit down.

Horrible. I walk in and no one says hi, this is after I wait in line for the BROKEN ATM, when I tell the banker it's broken she says oh yeah, the walk up one works. Why would you not put a sign on it saying so? Waited 10 minutes inside to be told "oh I'm not taking customers, go to the other lady". So unprofessional, at the one institution that should be!! (A bank)
