Rudest bank ever! This is not my usual location but close to where I was. My son had coins to cash him and I knew this branch had a coin machine with no fees since we were customers. Machine is gone so I asked politely if and branches still offered that service and I was given the speech to "guesstimate " how much we had (mind you this was months is saving so it was more than what I could take a wild guess at) and deposit it. Even though I'm sure this is asked a lot, your delivery could be a little better. After I said "I need a new bank" (this isn't the first issue I have had. There was an atm issue once as well) I turned to walked away and there some not so nice comments made within earshot of me leaving. "Kari" is not the person you would like to do business with at this bank. Employees need to be reminded they are working for our business and we definitely have a choice on where we would like to have our finances handled. I definitely would not want someone with this nasty attitude representing my brand.

They're fime, it's a bank what do y'all expect. The workers aren gonna kiss your feet when you walk in. Also you can do most of the stuff you need online so just do that it's not that difficult you just have to follow instructions, use critical thinking and put pieces together. Don't "it's too hard" your way through the last few years of your life. The people who work there are nice and accommodating and it's clean what more do you people want. The fact that im writing a review purely just to complain about the entitled old people who use yelp says something ... get a life lol

Terrible US Bank Visa card dispute dept. in Fargo ND. Amazon sent them a refund for an item never received but the bank is refusing to credit my account even after receiving a copy of my refund from Amazon. US Bank Visa card holders beware of their stupid dispute department!

My elderly mother has been a US Bank customer for years. We entered this branch to open a new savings account. We stood in the lobby for at least 2 minutes, the only customers there except one at the teller line. 4 employees at desks refused to make eye contact or even acknowledge us. I walked up to one desk and was told that she was in training and couldn't help us. We went to another desk, just as the employee was telling a coworker she was leaving for lunch. I asked to open an account, and was rudely informed that we needed an appointment. Really??? To open a new account for an existing customer? She went into the branch manager's office who also did not have a customer. After waiting a few more minutes, the manager came out and told me that she was sorry but I needed an appointment. When I asked how I was supposed to know that ahead of time, she developed a very indignant attitude and told me it was on the website and printed on the statements. ( I checked, it's NOT on the statements). Why are they even staffing the branch and opening the doors if not to serve the customer? As a senior executive in banking for 20 years, my branch managers would have been fired if they had not opened the account for the customer if everyone else was busy. Clearly the customer does not come first to this branch. I came home, went online at Ally bank, opened an account within minutes and got a higher rate of interest. I will be closing all accounts at US Bank-there is nothing keeping me there since I can get the convenience somewhere else.

The only reason that I ever go to a bank is to use the ATM. The ATM at this branch seems to only accept cash about half of the time. Twice in the past week, I’ve gone to make a deposit only for “cash” to be grayed out. This type of thing has been a recurring issue for years. I always know that I’m taking a chance whenever I try it and I’m disappointed more often than not. Go to another branch or, even better, find a new bank.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a bank. I was talked down to like a child for having basic questions that neither person I spoke to could answer. Mostly because they find it easier to help a customer solve their problems by talking over them, and constant condescension. The gentleman I spoke with was honestly trying, and very polite, but again...wouldn't listen, and couldn't stop talking over me. The second person they put on the phone was completely unacceptable. She refused to listen, was rude, and when I told her I wouldn't be spoken to like a child anymore, she hung up on me. I would give zero stars if possible.

During my visit today at this branch, a white lady walked in with her nose completely outside of her mask. There is still a mask mandate in St. Louis County and this location is also requiring mask for entering. No request was made for her to adjust her mask. I wish this branch would have more consideration for the health and safety of their staffs and customers.

You say closed when your drive thru banking is clearly open. Please fix this so clients don’t think you’re closed both inside and out. Please be specific.

Friendly staff but it shouldn’t take 10 minutes per car in the drive up. To spend 30 minutes at the bank when your third in line at lunchtime is a waste of my time.

Have gone there 9 years now, always treated nicely. All the old family of tellers and staff have moved on so its mostly people we don't recognize now. Could use more help but you kinda know what times to avoid.
