I've been a US Bank customer for decades based at the Clayton branch, with that branch closing, I was referred to this branch. What a dump, no outside walk up ATM, inside its best described as "well worn" or perhaps dowdy but that is nothing compared to a branch this size and this location with only one teller on duty. Manager seemed totally uninterested in my complaints, I'm considering other banking options.

a lot of problems in a month of use!! Can't buy anything over $1000, can't pay with my card, can't connect to Apple PAY, can't see my transactions! This is one big problem!!!

Set up an appointment. Called to confirm that I had the correct documentation in hand but was put on hold and then quickly forgotten about. Tried calling three more times but to no avail. When I showed up at the bank, it turns out that they had put me in the system for the wrong date and wrong time. Pretty impressive all around.

I tried to do an international wire. I had to set up an appointment online, which I understand due to COVID-19. I made my appointment on Thursday morning and the only time available was the coming Saturday. The application didn’t have a choice of making an international wire, but I did note it on my request specifically that I WANT TO MAKE AN INTERNATIONAL WIRE. So I waited for two more days and showed up and was told to wait in the drive up line. Why asks people to make an appointment then? And then was told that they don’t do international wire on Saturday,. I had to go back on Monday. (Plus an unfriendly banker). All this time, U.S. Bank couldn’t inform me better? It is fortunate that my wire wasn’t urgent. If it is, I would be screwed for a 4 days delay.

The bank company itself sucks; I'd recommend looking elsewhere. BUT, the service here is great. The employees are all super nice and trying their best to help and work around stupid US Bank rules, so for their efforts I'm giving this location 5 stars. US Bank? No stars.

Wouldn't cash a check due to not being an account holder.. the check was from a US bank account.

Everyone at the Ladue US Bank was friendly, helpful, and professional. The tellers are the main reason I visit this location. It feels good to walk into a location and be greeted.
