My husband and I came here before thanksgiving, we had to get all new accounts and new cards due to some scam activities on our account. We had a lovely banker who ended up messing things up even more for us. She did the wrong credit account for us, she then told me she fixed it. month went by and I called about my credit card and turned out nothing was done or fixed. I am still unable to get a card while my husband has been using his. I wound not recommend going to this location.

Whoever decided that the only ATM should be in the same lane as commercial deposits should be fired. I'm sure they got promoted to head of architectural design but in reality they should never work again. Knock the building down and try again.

If someone steals your checkbook and wrotes one check, you are in for the ride of your life here. I have never been flat out lied to so many times by a bank, their Manager/President and their fraud department are 100% liars and incompetent. Good luck with this place. Taking my business elsewhere.

Manager gave wrong information and almost cost me 22,000.00 She did no research nor spoke to anyone before sending us out of the bank with no resolution to a problem that didn't even exist that she created. Unreal need training badly.

I’ve had quite a few bad experiences with this bank in particular but I think today was the last straw for me. I made an online appt so a banker could call me so we could talk about my account 1. They never called me and totally forgot about my appt and I have an email confirmation saying they would call, so I had to call them even after making an appt. 2. I wanted to talk to them about my overdraft protection fee, the banker continued to argue with me stating I never had it, then I had to go through my past transactions proving I had it, yet he still continued to argue with me. I even received an email from customer service stating I cancelled my overdraft protection fee.

By far the worst US Bank in the whole St. Louis Region. ATM is always broke...Always! And slow, the staff is in no hurry...your time doesn't mean anything to them...otherwise the ATM would work and you wouldn't have to go inside in the first place. ~~~~~~~~> I'll be Looking to bank else where.

I just left this branch and i attemped to withdraw money from my stimulus check card as well as my regular debit card. Normally this branch is pretty good, they only take about 5 minutes or so to complete the entire transaction.Ive never had a transacation this slow. She also decided to help other customers while attempting to complete my transaction which maybe was the most infuriating thing about this visit. There was another girl that was just standing there that could have helped them instead.All in all i dont want to color us bank or this branch as a bad company or branch. I'll still continue to use them but i will actively look to avoid being serviced by this employee.

There is no less then 0. Because of this location I want to close my account. I’m with US bank for a year. I was adding my wife to my bank account. The door is close due to this pandemic. I understand I need to book appointment. This not the case come out and yelled.

Always amazing customer service, the staff is extremely friendly and always talk to their clients on a first name basis. I’ve been banking here for 5 years, personal and business and I can’t say enough good things about this team!Ashly, Max, David and Chealsey are super stars! I would give them 6 stars if I could.
