Eric Dillard Jr was phenomenal! He turned my day around with Great customer service, that is hard to find now days. He listen to my problem and my needs and resolved everything for me in a timely matter at the end of the day, it was around 4:30pm. He was very professional and actually helped. He made sure i was well taken care of, I am so grateful. If you bank with US Bank or go to this branch ask for Eric, I'm sure he will take good care of you!

service is terrible, 3 people working, nobody paying attention to the drive thru. after 5 minutes, the canister had not been touched.

On top of the teller being rude... I don't understand why US Bank has to charge so many fees, on all ends of your money too. You're charged to have a checking account and keep your money there. I'm charged to cash your check from there. And then they say you must pay and have an account to use Western Union services. No thanks on being swindled US Bank!

Made my bank account over 3 months ago and still have not received my permanent debit card. The got my address wrong the first time, sent another one. Have gotten 3 bank statements, and information on how to set up my "new card". But still have yet to get my card. I tried to just cancel my account in all and they insisted on ordering me a new card and me picking it up at this location. That was 2 weeks ago and they said it would be here at Wednesday the latest.
