I was in Mexico at Grand Velas Resort in Playa Del Carmen. On July 17th my wife had a stomach pain and we called the resort medic in. He was there for literally 5 mins and then had to go to an emergency call for a guy who bumped his leg. The resort told me that would be $130 charged to incidentals. He advised we go to a "hospital" in case it was appendicitis. When we arrive we are asked for insurance info and told that they will bill the insurance for the $130 room medic with anything else they do, if anything, and I just need to give them my credit card I used for incidentals and passport to confirm with the resort. I said ok but DO NOT charge my credit card for anything. I was assured they would not but about a half hour later the little guy from the reception came back with a $6,000 auth on my credit card!!!! This was before my wife had even been seen. I told them to remove the charge immediately and then they started saying they wouldn't charge it but bill insurance Monday, if they did anything. I told them again to remove it and I would not be paying. I wrote "don't agree" on the signature line where it asks if I agree to the auth. I made it clear that they were never to even auth my card. We waited an hour before the "doctor" arrive wearing Gucci wedges, a gaudy Gucci belt buckle, and a Gucci purse, not scrubs or a lab coat. She meandered around gossiping with the other staff for another hour before we finally had it and said we are refusing service and leaving. She then came running in saying it was appendicitis and we must have a surgery and they would need my credit card to auth $18,000. I told them absolutely not and they are not to charge my card ANYTHING. We signed a form refusing service and left. Of course, the next morning while at the airport waiting to fly out I check and saw that they never even tried to charge the insurance and instead charged my card $3,700!!! For what?! We flew home and went in to the hospital locally just to be sure it wasn't appendicitis and it WASN'T. The hospital here in the USA found nothing wrong and said the stomach pain was likely something bad she ate. I called US Bank immediately and report the fraud. I was assured that it would be removed since I had proof, I took a pic showing the auth where I wrote "don't agree" and explained the situation. The case was opened and auto closed saying they had my card so it was valid. I called and had it reopened explaining again what happened, that rep also assured me this would be reopened and handled. I was called again asking for more information from a yet a different rep and sent the copy of the auth receipt where I wrote "don't agree". It was closed again saying there was "proof of service" I called YET AGAIN and had the case reopened. Yet another new rep called again asking for more info on a Friday and I tried to call back the next Monday. They said they would reopened the case. It was never reopened and I also had asked for this "proof of service" they never communicated further. I then opened a Better Business Bureau complaint against US Bank. They refused to reply and said they'd mail correspondence. They just mailed copies of the letters saying they opened a case and then closed the case for the three times it happened. No proof and no new info. I wrote a letter to the "office of the president" at US Bank saying the charge must be removed from my acct. All I was asking for was the charge removed and I would forget the time and stress that this has caused. I get a call on December 1st from a rep named "Jabey" which she pronounced jah-b-eh. I explained the situation again to which she repeatedly and belligerently replied that they had my card and ignored any proof I provided saying it was too late to open a case and I would have to basically sue them. I let her know I would be calling the comptroller of currency, attorney general, and pursue any further legal action until I'm made whole, which would i

I'm sorry to dog pile but maybe corporate will do something if enough people complain. The location is always understaffed at the main counter and there should be a full time employee running the drive through. I'm required by my work to use this location and I'm considering risking my job going to another location because this one is always bad. The employees are fine and not the problem. Although there is an old man who is INCREDIBLY SLOW. They are always nice and professional but this needs to change. Hire more people US Bank this is really sad to see from one of the second biggest banks in the US.

This business is horrible. Called in for a payoff amount, sent in the payment, they received it applied it , then reversed it and applied a payment to next payment due then applied the rest to outstanding balance then sent me a balance due payment. When i called to find out what was going on I was told there was an interest amount due after the payoff amount, I sent them and when I questioned how that can be since the payoff amount was sent in and disbursed to my account. The kicker is that the employee hat quoted me the payoff amount quoted me the wrong amount.

If I were to give a Zero I would. I met a very dismissive notary. After asking me to bring new documents from oversees claiming she wanted unsigned ones, she still refused to sign the new documents. It was such a bad experience for me.The lady employee needs to be patient with customers and not dismissive.

Don’t know how this bank still open, horrendous service. I guess you can treat black folks any ole kind of way when it’s the black folks doing the treating. Thank God at least one was customer oriented.

Do not use the ATM at this location. As seen in many other reviews. It takes your money and doesn't deposit it and says to call a number to submit a claim. You then have to wait 10 days for the money to be deposited in your account. I understand machines malfunction but how can a machine accept the deposit and not credit it my account.

I mean seriously is this bank ever going to shut down or change the management, this is by far the worst, slowest and manager rudest bank in a Country. I always say i won’t go back to this location but because it’s in my neighborhood unfortunately i do, but this is last time. That manager in there, sorry but what a b..ch, so rude to the employees and customers, she needs to finally go and they need to bring some new professional stuff in there. It’s a shame for the location, that’s been rated 1of10 best locations in Country.

Been banking with US Bank for 10+ years. Unfortunately this is the closest location to where I live and by far the worst US Bank branch I’ve ever experienced. Extremely rude, unprofessional, slow, impatient staff. It was like this pre-pandemic but has definitely gotten worse since. Expect to spend 30+ minutes in the drive through even if your actually at the booth. I honestly can’t believe how horrible the customer service is at this location. If there were another branch closer I’d just avoid this location all together.
