U.S. Banks fraud prevention process is pure trash! On several occasions the bank has blocked my debit card because of "suspicious" transactions that they flagged and they have all turned out to be legitimate purchases.One night of terror happened when I was using my debit card that was attached to my Google wallet. The bank froze my card preventing me from completing a very important/urgent purchase. It was also late at night and I needed to stop for gas after making the purchase.When I called the 1-800 bank # my call was automatically sent to the fraud department which took 45 minutes for an agent to join the call and help me. I was traumatized! I was stranded at night with a frozen debit card and a car with very little gas. The bank rep was rude and even though they said the freeze was removed it in fact was not.The entire experience was humiliating. US Bank should text, call or email customers and warn them before freezing their debit cards. The current fraud prevention system is extremely dangerous for customers and counterproductive.

Fantastic experience with James Crew, who is (by far) the best banker I have ever encountered before. He thoroughly helped me with a problem with my credit card, took the time to call two different departments on my behalf, helped to waive the fees that were on my account, and took the time to explain and ease each concern that I had, all while being extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. The bank teller was also incredibly kind and kept me updated while I was waiting. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this US bank branch and will certainly be back. Whatever they’re getting paid, they deserve a raise.

If it wasn’t for the ATM accessibility I wouldn’t waste my time going to this location. The drive thru is terribly slow and unprofessional

Do not go to this location if you're African American with a large amount of money or interested in investing large sums.

Garbage service. Workers sit around and won't address you. Only the security guard will address you. I wasted a 15 minute break here and talked to no one. I went in to open and second account, now I'm going to close my first one. Worst service ever. I tried to call business bankers and can't get a call back. I've also needed to them to explain and "analysis charge" but no one can tell me what caused it and business bankers are too busy for my business.

This is the very slowest us bank probably in the world, on multiple occasions went to this drive tru , I'm thrid in line it would take more then 40 minutes. I usually use this time to catch up on my podcasts, this is not my main bank for a reason for one , almost nonexistent for two walk in lobbies nonexistent, for three terrible drive tru services , it's like the tellers all just work there but mentally quit the job months ago . Only come to deposit money to do online shopping, keeping my main account separate. This location is the very worst, thanks employees.

They need to put the atm in the lobby not on the street. I was taking money out and got fleeced for $40. This is St. Louis. You can’t just have the atm on the street like that.

Rita did an excellent job with a very time sensitive wire transfer so I could close on my house.Rita went ABOVE AND BEYOND.... recommended 4 of my friends to US Bank due to this... hopefully drives up the branches business.

Despite the vacant lobby, they were “short staffed because it’s too busy.” They scheduled me an appointment to come down and didn’t think to have someone there to meet with me. I don’t why they had me come down other than to waste my time. Incompetence. I came for the free bank account. I guess you get what you pay for. The TV was on so loud in there you couldn’t hear anyone speak. I guess they had to keep themselves entertained since it was so “busy.”

It seems like the ATM is always broke I know this is a rough part of town and I wouldn't go through the ATM or get out of my vehicle at night that is for sure but they really need to make sure the ATM works because I like to go to it during the day but now I just simply go to a different bank because I know it's probably not going to work constantly this ATM machine is broke over and over and over and then it failed to give me my money it actually shredded the money in the machine and it took me probably a week to get that money back they had to come out count the money in the machine I had to fill out paperwork it was a nightmare to deal with these people US Bank is awful when it comes to customer service and maintaining their facilities their ATM machines are outdated and they are junk they need to be replaced.
