This branch was the best when Jasmina, Tom, Kristina and others were there. The management today is horrific. Unhappy people who enjoy making everyone around them as unhappy as they are. Misery loves company seems tobe how they operate. Don't believe anything they tell you as they don't follow through with what they say. Very small pathetic unappealing people who should not be dealing with customers. They should be working in a factory where there's no customer interaction, or better yet., a haunted house, that's pitch black, and nobody would have to see how ugly they are.

Randomly suspended my debit card while I'm out of town, leaving me stranded. When I called they gave me an invalid number to call about it being suspended. They would not answer when I tried multiple times to call back

This is honestly the worst bank I have ever used. I just set up an account there and after a week of having my card declined, they just let me know that the bank account was set up incorrectly by the branch and I now have to go in to the branch in person to have it corrected. My own money is unable to be accessed until tomorrow morning because this location was haphazard in the process of setting up an account. I would recommend any other bank over this one.

I am very much so disappointed in this branch and their workers. They are completely unprofessional and very lazy. To be honest I do not want to bank with U.S Bank anymore because of this experience. This branch does not know how to treat customers or do their job in an efficient manner. She questioned me in a disrespectful way about me opening an account after I explained the situation to her. It seemed as though she did not want to do her job and take the time to help me open an account because it was a long process. Even though this is a service U.S. Bank offers! I also contacted corporate and customer service and they agreed that she did not do her job or upheld US. Bank mission and values or treated me as the highly valued customer that I am . I would like a follow-up with a manger from this branch to discuss this further. Very Disappointed.

I use their ATM at the Schnucks branch on Grand and Gravois and got a $5 bill in my $50 bills when I use their ATM machine

Terrible customer service involving this bank branch. I needed the notary to sign something for work. Instead of explaining the proper procedure, first he had to ask me if I even knew what a notary was, and when I responded yes, he stated then why did you sign this.

The worst customer service I've experienced in my life!!!!! Extremely racist and unprofessional behavior from the client consultant Mitch Dawdy. His branch manager Jon L. Storey did nothing about behavior, completely unacceptable!!!!!!!

On their website it states that this lobby location is open 10-4 today. I was just there at 10:30 they have a sign up stating that this location is temporarily closed. It was a waste of time. The website needs to be update to reflect that it is temporarily closed.

So convenient being right inside Schnucks South City. These mini banks in grocery stores are more or less convenient but so many are just a half step up from an in store ATM. I have to say that US Bank has stepped up their game. All of the minis can offer full services, but few really pull it off. But I've found that US Bank can. They have staffed their minis with fully competent personnel. My kudos to them for making my life so much easier.

Had a horrible experience here. Brough a small cup of coins to deposit and was told they must be rolled. Even though I have deposited coins at this location in the past and others, the gentleman helping me absolutely refused to help me. Really looking forward to switching from US Bank to Chase once they open in STL.
