Great customer service by lady (I didn't catch her name, she works in the morning) every time I go there! Very helpful, kind and professional. Goes beyond to assist and it's always a pleasure to deal with her.

One of the worst UPS stores I have been too. Rarely friendly to customers, and do not stick to operating hours.It is 6:44pm, and they are closed.Sign says open until 7:00pm.

They moved storefronts as of December 2023 and the new place is a little bigger and very nice. They are always super friendly and helpful.

My dog’s ashes were being delivered to me through this UPS. They didn’t give me 10 seconds to go downstairs and answer the door. When I got downstairs they saw me at the door and drove away anyway. I called UPS to have my dog brought back to me. When they arrived they started honking the horn and banging on the door, clearly mad they had to drive back. Apparently a minor inconvenience was more important to them than me getting my dog. Avoid this UPS if you are dealing with pet loss to save yourself from further pain and grief.

I was returning an amazon package, which clearly states no label needed on the instructions. The customer service girl told me I needed to email her the label for a charge pf 1.95$.Right after a woman walked up, and she scanned her qr code free of charge. I asked why I couldn't do that? She replied that she has a qr code.She didn't even have the deceny to tell me that you can find the qr code on the order, instead of going thru that ridiculous process and being charged.Have some deceny and do better by your customers.

Got there at 6:40. The guy kicked me out. Said they were closed. Online hours said 7. He wouldn't even let me drop off my prepaid boxes. Drove 20 mins out of the way

They care for your packages!!!! While on vacation I had an old time photo taken of myself and my son. I randomly ended up at this store to ship it home to Arizona. Sade was amazing! If she isn't the store manager, she should be! She took great interest in this wonderful memory I had with my son and she personally packed it. It arrived home before I did, expertly packed and in perfect condition! I called the store and thanked her. I would love to speak with the owner and let them know the have a top notch employee!

This specific UPS Store has the BEST customer service of them all! The people are always so nice and helpful + they seem to actually enjoy being there (which can’t be said about all UPS Stores). I actually have another location closer to my home but I specifically utilize this one because of how friendly everyone is. And even though it’s street parking, I can always find a spot!

I just walked out of this store & I had to write a review. I don’t come here often mostly for Amazon returns, but this store has the best customer service in the city. The line was out the door but that goes to show how good the are & it took less than 5 minutes to get in & out.

The staff at this UPS store are friendly and efficient nine times out of 10. If there's a line, the staff will usually try to address those in the back of the line to let them know that they'll be helped shortly.
