Don’t bother trying to return Amazon packages here they are not helpful and do not care. Also they claim they can’t scan the return code that Amazon gave you download. Just go somewhere else

Unfortunately, this company is one of the worst that I have ever seen as a delivery company, my order has not yet been delivered on the website, it has not been updated, unfortunately the date scheduled for delivery was not made, I was at home waiting, and they did not come through, then they gave another date I can't stay at home waiting for you to come unfortunately my order is lost

No attempt made just posted a missed delivery slip. I watch the status on the app but it never gets updated so it goes from "Preparing for delivery" with no date or time to "we missed you".
I guess I'm expected to sit on the sidewalk all day to catch them and spare them the hassle of knocking and getting my signature.

The driver dropped my package at the wrong address. When I called for her she pretended like she couldn't hear me until I yelled "UPS" she finally decided to turn around. I told her she delivered a package to the wrong address. She finally came back to me with a really nasty attitude like I did something wrong. She clearly delivered my package to the wrong place. Then looked me in my face and said "well where is it suppose to go?" MA'AM it goes to the address on the label. Do you see an address up here that matches the label? NO YOU DO NOT!! She then handled my package extremely carelessly taking it to where it needed to go. And before she can deny any of this there's cameras all around that building PLUS my own cameras. If these are the type of people you have delivering for customers you'll always have complaints like mine. I bet she'd want her package delivered correctly so why can't I have the same courtesy?? I work just as hard for the things I buy. If you can't deliver packages to the CORRECT address you DONT NEED TO WORK THERE! And the "proof of delivery" picture she took isn't even my house! There's no way to spend this. She don't need to work there!

I took my package here and they told me they couldn't print my labels out, they weren't friendly at all and seemed very lazy to me told me they weren't a (ups store). Well Google needs to update that. they made me drive all the way to Central West in ups
