I used to tell everyone that US Bank was the best. No longer true. Very sad . Customer service is no longer important. Insufficient staff working in branches should serve as a true indication of .

I would have to say I'm not too happy with the whole situation with this place I recently was hired for a position at this place and then told that there will be parking but we will have to pay for it which is 140 a month I thought that was pretty outrageous but the company did work with me to raise the pay so that I would feel comfortable paying for the parking but after reading the parking agreement and finding out that if anything happens to your vehicle while it's in that garage they are not responsible for it and that you are responsible for your car any damage whatsoever I don't understand how you pay $140 and if somebody was to walk into that garage which is fairly easy and damage your car break your window and break in your car because Louis downtown is bad for the cars being broken into they are not responsible for your car getting broken into although you're paying for parking in a private garage you are so that led me to understand that they don't care about the people they just care about the price tag and I forfeited the job did not take the job because I'm not going to pay $140 to pay to park somewhere where my car to get vandalized and my insurance would have to pay for it

DON'T WORK HERE! I never thought I'd be in my 60s and quitting my job because my boss lied to me about a promotion. What's worse is that she approached me about it. Unsolicited she told me what a great work ethic I have and high productivity and accuracy. In writing I asked if it was an Analyst position and she said yes, it was. It wasn't. It was Account Setup Coordinator. I do none of that. If you've worked in Banking or Securities, titles are important. Monetarily the Analyst position has a much brighter future. I did the research. I became an Analyst without my knowledge because she changed it without telling me. I could go on. Oh, I did try going proper channels like her boss she carpools with and AR. They were supposed to get back to me but didn't. I still have all their computer equipment, too. That's how little they care. Also, Andy Ceceres, who obviously went to school with John Stumpf and Tim Sloan decided that everyone Grade 10 and below wouldn't get a lump sum bonus this year. It was under the guise of making compensation transparent for us. Now when the bank was fat with an alliance with State Farm, the purchase of a bank on the West Coast as well as another Firm should have been the time to reward people. How many did you eliminate from the bonus pool? Why Grade 10? People needed money now. I was offended since I know my compensation. I wonder how much bigger all the Manager's bonuses were.

If I could rate this review for US Bank a zero I would. I was a US Bank customer for 10 or more years now. Never once I was late on my payments. Although this last year I've spent more money using the credit card, but the payments I have been making were above the minimum payments. Recently, I received a letter from them indicated that they will increase my APR from 22.24 to 25.74 with the reason "due to my spending" so as they claimed. I called and asked that why I am being charged an 25.74 APR in January while my Jan statement says only 22.24? They didn't have an answer for me. They are charging me $64.61 instead of $54.38, on a 25.74 APR, an additional of $10.23 more on the interests alone than what it is supposed to be. This is how they make money by ribbing off their customers. Imagine $10.23 additional per customer multiply a million customers like me they have worldwide. This is how US Bank make money by ribbing their credit card usere like myself. Do not ever do business with US Bank is my best advice.

Worst experience with a bank ever. Customer service sucks, the only good experience I’ve had was with Stephanie not sure exactly what department but it was today (6/6/2022) between 11:30am-11:45am. I only wish I could switch my loan to another bank and still might pay the money to do it just so I don’t have to deal with US Bank anymore.

I'm writing this letter of appreciation to compliment Client RelationshipConsultant Chelsea Holt Bates from the Maryland Heights Branch. In these times of the virus things are upside down. Recently I had a unique situation. Ms. Bates assessed the situation and acted on it in a very courteous manner. In my mind the employee of the month should be Chelsea for her excellent customer service!

3-4-20 A US Bank employee, Shelby Herbst, District Administrator Assistant in St. Louis called to help me with an issue but instead , became extremely disrespectful to me, and hung up on me. This is NOT how to fix an issue! Instead, perhaps she could have just said she does not understand and transfer my call? Very poor customer service and relations. I have been banking with US Bank for over 40 years. I guess they can afford to hire good help anymore.

Do not bank with them or take their credit cards. During a world wide crisis they are still reporting to credit bureaus even if you are jobless and have not received unemployment. I would suggest a local credit union, although Chase has not announced they are not reporting to credit bureaus at this time.
