I'm only putting 5 stars cause it's seems they don't keep the reviews that have less well at least all of them. The owner is a obnoxious alcoholic and in my opinion has no idea what is going on with his business. They wouldn't know a good floral designer if it was handed to them.

Owner has a terrible attitude. I was treated with such crass rudeness. I will never shop at Twigs and MOSS again. It was the manner in which the owner spoke to me, his tone of voice and body language. Extreme rudeness.

Over priced, fake flowers. I guess this place works if that's what you are looking for, but I assume most people go there looking for live flowers since it's under the florist category.
