The water in the bathroom is flaky and not clean. The taps are too noisy, and for the rent which I pay, the washer and dryer are small and could not be enough for 3 persons. Apart from that the outer walls are thin so we could hear outside noise! The management is good and Tayler is very welcoming. So, the maintenance team is quick and efficient. Overall a decent stay here but with the above caveats.

Tyler (the property manager) and Taylor have consistently demonstrated kindness in their interactions with me. They never fail to greet me with a smile when I walk in the door. If I have any concerns, they always have prioritized finding a solution. Although the apartment walls are not entirely soundproof, both Tyler and Taylor have been proactive in their efforts to enforce quiet hours and resolve any noise-related issues. Additionally, the amenities here are top-notch and the apartment complex is always being updated to ensure a comfortable living experience.

This company joined the media mob and fired an employee who wouldn't allow a stranger access into the door of the building she lived in and was labeled a racist. She was doing what every resident was told to do, but this company didn't even take the time to get her side of the story!!!Woke companies like this should cease to exist and base decisions on facts not emotions of countless mob members calling for her to be fired! If I were her I'd sue this company!

They are b suppremsss who fire people for doing their job when a group of protestors make false accusations. very very hurtful conduct by the blc supremsst left. Lady did not let someone in who demanded he didnt have to use or have a key fob, he assaulted her pushing his way past and she got fired because of his skin.

Tyler the manager and the other person that works alongside him (I cannot remember her name) are super nice and helpful. If I have any sort of issue, I can send them an email or put in a work order and they respond right away. They even know me by name which is very welcoming! There are a few issues with the interior of Tribeca building but nothing to do with the staff. The elevator breaks quite a bit which is out of their control. There is another elevator that always works for people who are unable to take the stairs. The gym carpet has some stains in it but all equipment is in great condition.

Dumpster fire of an apartment complex. It is immediately apparent that management does not even slightly care about this place. Should be criminal to advertise this as luxury. The walls are dirty and poorly patched, the whole place smells of mold and damp carpet (saw like 3 different sources of standing water inside), trash everywhere, there are weeds growing through the tiles in the pool, tiles missing or loose everywhere (walking into the lobby almost twisted my ankle), hot tub was broken, the trash shoots are very dirty… the list goes on.All for the low price of $2200 for a 2 bedroom (not including utilities, parking, etc)…The audacity to charge this much for this place is laughable.

I moved in last week and have been thrilled with my experience here thus far. The staff in the leasing office are so kind and genuinely helpful. The amenities are wonderful and just as pictured. I cant wait to continue making this my new home!

Decent Apartment but poor manager, especially TAYLOR.Serious racist. If you are Asian don't expect him to help you with anything. A very unprofessional person who will be more indifferent to Asians than you can imagine.Incredibly bad experience.0 of 5 Stars ?

These are two separate reviews written at different intervals throughout my night.1. I've read the other reviews, but for me I had a great time speaking with Tyler and Cassidy when she worked here, the parking and additional fees are pricy, but compared to what my mother pays in Arkansas for each separate bill the $140 is WAY cheaper. Plus I pay less than $50 for energy and she pays close to $200 monthly, so I'm not complaining, but I'm from out of state, so I don't know how everything works here. The trash in the building is getting out of hand, but management has been working to fix it as this is actually, in my eyes, a lazy tenant problem for when the chutes are full. The trash chutes and outside bins fill quickly but management has increased trash pickup to twice weekly (I think?) to help empty them faster. I have yet to have a package stolen, but there are cameras everywhere in and outside that room. It also comes down to people not getting their packages from the lockers and then we have no space for others, but I've been told we'll be getting more lockers soon. With that out the way, here's my own review of the property.2. The building is highly secure, beautiful, energy efficient and they accommodate for ESA and animal needs! The value I'm getting is outstanding. The only problem I have are the thin walls. At the time of this review, I've lived here for two months and one week and currently I'm up at 3am. My upstairs neighbor walks heavily and you can hear every step they take. It could just be this one neighbor, but every time they walk I know when and where they're headed as it's that loud and the floor creaks hence, why I'm awake at 3am two hours before my scheduled time. Not only have I heard them walking, but once I've heard them being intimate! Yikes! Luckily, my side neighbor doesn't make much noise, but every now and again you can hear them talking. The hallway is no better. If families or anyone comes through talking a bit too loud it's like you're apart of the conversation too. Like I said, love living here, but I do wish the walls were more sound proof for the price I pay.

Leaving a review on behalf of myself and my elderly client who lived in this building. I’m sick and tired of these “luxury” apartments buildings not living up to that standard while charging an arm and a leg for pure mediocrity. The “luxury” you will receive is stinky trash piled on every floor. Stolen packages. A not so secure front door. I’ve walked up to the building and the door was completely unlocked. The screen to buzz in has been just black, unable to use. Loud neighbors. Broken elevator. I had to walk up 5 flights of stairs *PREGNANT* several times. Dirty hallway walls. Parking spots stolen. Broken handicap door opener buttons. I’m disappointed that I had to go through all this 3 days a week every week, basically acting as another tenant for my elderly client. I can’t imagine what people who are here 7 days a week had to go through.

Worst service ever. Apartment wise it’s all good but the leasing office people and manager were so racial and unresponsive for the things. We had complaints with our apartment and the way they respond you or treat is pathetic. Cassidy and Taylor who is the manager or what so ever for this community, they were so rude all the time if we ask for anything. Their main lift is not working at all from three months and still they didn’t repair in this winter. They has all the problems and on top that Taylor (The acting manager) making comments about life style and our preferences in a racial manner is not acceptable. Worst management ever. They don’t know the value of tenant.

I lived here for a year and a half and wished I didn’t. The property remains constantly dirty. The floors and walls are dirty, trash is left in piles on every floor. Large amounts of trash accumulates in the parking garage to where it takes up parking spaces. You will pay over $100 dollars for a parking spot that other people will consistently park in, which means you have to park on the street. Management does nothing to correct this issue. Several large parties are thrown at the pool that get out of hand, loud music and people screaming until 2am. Again management does not care. The building itself has had 2 large screen TVs stolen from their own lobby and management did nothing to make the building safer. Packages are stolen often and again nothing is fixed. It takes 2+ weeks for maintenance issues to be fixed, regardless of the issue. Overall paying a ridiculous amount of a sub standard apartment that is dirty and management doesn’t care.

I was a click away from signing a lease for $1076 for a studio (536 sqft), albeit a bit steep, but it included Wi-Fi, cable, a pool, a hot tub, a nice gym, and an outdoor space. All this went away as I was told I would pay an additional (non-negotiable) $140 for utilities (water, trash, sewer) a month. I know homes paying $195 per quarter in St. Louis, so that price for a studio is much too high. Parking is an additional $125. Parking is optional, a little high but included free charging for electric cars and covered spots, and you're probably going to want this. So instead of $1076, I'm up to $1341. That's a 25% increase, and seeing reviews of how the rent is only going to go up (currently a similar apartment is going for $1,248 as of 9/1/22: meaning you'd be at $1513 simply by signing at this time instead of a month earlier), I'd be drowning quickly without even paying for electricity, netflix, groceries, etc.Basically these are nice apartments, but deceitful marketing makes them look more affordable per sq/ft then they are.

Used to be a really nice property. It has really gone downhill. The property has not been maintained well. The maintenance and management is slow to respond. Would not recommend
