Great store, made in house treats, good selection of pet toys, food, products, and other goodies. Professional grooming or you can use their pet wash room yourself. Friendly and outgoing staff. I will be a customer for life.

Back on February 14th I stopped by the South County location to purchase chicken chips and a small bag of Zukes treats. I had a $10 off coupon which did NOT have an expiration date on it. I refuse to shop at the CWE location because I don't want to pay for parking so I waited until I was able to come to the South County location near family. When I went to checkout, the woman pointed out that the coupon expired the day before, 2/13. She asked the other associate if she'd be able to honor it since I only had 2 items and it "expired" the previous day which she said no but I could get 13 fresh treats instead. My animals are picky and have allergies and I don't want to get 12 fresh treats that will expire quickly. When I asked why it couldn't be honored since it was their mistake of not putting an expiration date, she pointed and said there is a date on the receipt from when it was issued that I should have gone by. How am I supposed to know that it expires 30 days after purchase when the receipt doesn't say so!? Instead I told her that I no longer wanted the product and left. I have been shopping with this company for many years, even when I lived out of state, I had people ship me items or I would purchase them while in town. I am beyond disappointed that they would rather lose a customer than honor a $10 coupon that expired the day before. I did write in to them personally in which they offered to honor the $10 coupon but I didn't want to take them up on that offer. I know it is only $10 but they should have shown a little empathy and understanding and own their faulty policy that is not listed on the receipt. I went out of my way to give them business for many years and I have since moved on to a fantastic local shop near The Hill.

Treats Unleashed has been supplying my Beagle crew with birthday cakes for years. I’ve always been happy with the cakes and the pleasant service I receive. My pups LOVE them!! They are always a hit with my crew. They love birthdays because they know cake is coming. I was especially happy with my recent purchase for one of the boys. If you are looking for something fun to celebrate your dog, you should get one of these cakes. You get to customize it yourself. My boy Zack turned four and he loved this!

I love this place!! No matter which location I visit I am always greeted with smiles and everyone knows my dogs name and what they like!! SHOP HERE FOR ALL Dog and cat needs!! Do not shop here for specialty pet!! Dogs and cats only!!

Dean did a great job with Milli’s grooming. He was kind enough to show me how to properly clean her ears and advised me on what kind of product to use. Highly recommend Dean for grooming.
