I am writing this to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the service provided by Treats Unleashed CWE Store. As a loyal customer of over 8 years, I have always held their services in high regard. However, a recent experience has left me feeling utterly disillusioned. Despite my long-standing patronage, I was shocked by the dismissive and unprofessional manner in which my concerns were handled. Following a call from the CWE Assistant Manager informing me of the cancellation of my scheduled appointment for March 3rd, I was presented with limited alternative options and left to navigate the situation on my own. Not only was I informed of the cancellation mere days before the appointment, but the offered alternatives were impractical and failed to accommodate any persons busy schedule. The lack of initiative in exploring viable solutions or providing adequate support was disheartening, leaving me feeling undervalued and unappreciated as a customer. Moreover, the apparent absence of contingency plans or proactive measures to address staffing issues further underscored the store's disregard for customer satisfaction. The inability to secure a suitable alternative appointment and the subsequent imposition of the burden on me to rectify the situation highlight a systemic failure in customer service and support. As a result of this experience, I am compelled to reconsider my patronage of Treats Unleashed CWE Store and would caution others against relying on their services. The lack of responsiveness, accountability, and consideration for customer needs exemplified by this incident is unacceptable and falls far short of the standards expected from a reputable establishment. In conclusion, I urge Treats Unleashed CWE Store to reevaluate its customer service practices and prioritize the needs of its patrons. Until such improvements are made, I regretfully cannot recommend their services to others.

how nice it is (was, rather) to have a local business that carries high- quality dog food. That is until my most recent visit, when the sales person was unnecessarily rude and made us feel very unwelcome. Not only did that cost you a sale, it cost you a loyal, return customer for life. Be careful who you employ- they represent your company.

Best Experience, took my cat there to get his nails trimmed, super easy, super professional, just amazing employees. This is where I go for all my cat’s grooming and toy needs!

Amazing selection with very nice staff! Always very helpful and answer my dozens of questions. I would say be careful to only bring socialized dogs who can handle a lot of stimulation and other dogs. But over all, a great local business to support over Petco or Petsmart.

It’s a really cool place to shop for dog treat. My issue is every time I shop here fionn one of the workers, always looks at me weird! She eyes me the whole store ! I feel uncomfortable and unwelcome ! I didn’t feel this way at the St. Peter’s location. They were super nice and welcoming!

The groomer at the CWE location, Paige, is absolutely amazing! My JRT/chihuahua mix has the soul of a grumpy old man and is terrified of most experiences, but he loves getting his monthly nail trim from her! Every time we walk by the store he tries to pull me in just so he can get some pets and treats from Paige. I am very grateful to have found such a wonderful groomer! & of course the rest of the staff and the selection of products are also amazing.

My 6.5 lb Yorkie is an old customer of Paige’s at treats unleashed and we recently moved back to Stl from out of town. I of course brought him back to see Paige after having many bad grooming experiences in STL county area and he basically jumped into her arms. I always loved her in the past and she does stellar work but today just showed me how great she is at her job and with my little buddy because he does not willingly go to anyone besides myself or my fiancé. He is a nervous nelly and is very timid but not around her and that gives me so much comfort leaving him with her. His haircut is always perfect and exactly what we ask for. I would recommend anyone to bring their pup to be groomed by Paige!

We visited today for our dog's 11th birthday and picked up some fresh-baked doggie treats. There are tons of options for your pets, including healthy options and teeth cleaning supplies, which our old gal needed desperately. We even got a big birthday cookie! The associate was very nice and helpful.

Our recent experience is one that all potential customers should be aware of. Our pup was in for his routine groom when the groomer cut a large chunk (about the size of a quarter) off his little ear. We were shocked to learn Treats Unleashed did not have an emergency protocol in place nor did they have means to stop the bleeding on site. Our pup was taken to the emergency vet where we spent several hours until the bleeding was under control. The timing (although never good) could not have been worse. We were leaving that same day on vacation (our pups were coming with). We went ahead with our travels as the expense had already been incurred but lost out on much of what we had paid for (due to the 24/7 medical attention our dog needed the first few days). After frequenting Treats Unleashed for all of our grooming services for many years, we were appalled to learn they (owner Ian) was only willing to offer a $100 store credit. Their actions are disgraceful! Beware!!
