“TIMING VARIABLE SOLENOID.
They did a great job on my 2013 VW CC turbo. All other shops over charged me or wanted to charge me $800-$2500 just to look at my timing issue.
El Punch gave me an honest diagnostic on my vehicle and a reasonable price. They outclassed all the other shops with their honesty and quality work. My motor was knocking really bad and I had an extremely rough idle causing a multitude of timing related codes. My check engine light is no longer on.
They told me that they simply wanted to be paid for their work and they did just that.
They have a lifetime customer with me.”

“I could not get into custom complete and needed my car repaired for a planned vacation. So went somewhere else they fixed about 900.00 dollars worth of something and the check engine light was reset on vacation it broke down and had to have another 900.00 dollars worth of work done. On my way home 2 weeks later my check engine came on again so once at home I took it back to Custom Complete the did a correct diagnostic and found it was the cadilitic converter and did the correct repairs and also found as major service recall on my vehicle. I will never trust my car to anyone else. Custom Complete does the correct work the first time and does it right. This is the 2nd car they have saved for me.”
“Told them I needed my transmission replaced on my 70 Chevelle due to a previous diagnosis from a shop. I noticed the car had issues going up hills and slowed down on the highway. They did a test drive and said it’s the engine not transmission. Super nice about it and tried to help find a performance based shop to figure out why it was having issues. Very nice people and fast service. They had replaced the transmission on my sons 2000 Acura TL a couple years ago and did a great job on that too.”

“As a female who just moved here, alone, with no family in the area; I was bummed when my Serpentine belt broke and couldn't drive my jeep liberty.
Manchester auto across the way wanted to charge me $200 (labor) plus parts, Benchmark $25 labor.
My dad is a mechanic but out of state, walked me through the belt change, turns out the ac compressor seized up.
My dad said $700-1k for this type of job.
I called around for bids. $2,300 from the dealer. 2 shops couldn't get me in for over a week....
Hamza and his shop got me back on the road in just about 24 hours, before the holiday weekend and in proper range for pricing.
Cannot say enough good things about these guys. Fair dealing. Fair prices. Great work. Great customer service. Fast turn around. What more could ya want... feel free to research yourself but 5 stars ? from me”

“Every time we’ve brought a vehicle into Spirit One, we’re always confident in the work they’re performed or advice we’ve been given. This time it’s an old farm truck needing inspections for plate renewal (and a windshield wiper and to plug a slow leaking tire) but it won’t pass the emissions inspection because of an engine light. Dave found a workaround regarding the few miles we put on it a year. It’s a mileage exemption that if it’s driven less than 12k over two years it doesn’t require the emissions inspection - ours has only been driven about 6K over two years! If Dave had not found this, we would have had to replace the transmission, no older inexpensive ones to be found, or parked it for a year and a half waiting for it to be 26 years old for the emissions exemption. Dave saved the day, month and year for us!”
