I checked in online, once I was #2 I headed in and they got me seen immediately. Everyone was super kind and friendly. The whole process was quick. Very efficient urgent care!

Brought my dad here today with chest pain and headache after he suffered a fall. They were so kind to him and got him in quickly. They ran tests, explained the results and offered advice about how to avoid future falls.

I went in with some serious stomach and esophagus pain and they took amazing care of me. Every single person at the Hampton urgent care was outstanding. Shout out to Jessica S. She really listened to me, made sure they ran all possible tests, including finding another location to get a CT scan because their person wasn’t in that day . You provided me so much relief, and you were so kind to me. Thank you for making me healthy again.

I wouldnt be surprised if the 'Physician Assistant' who took care of me, actually wasn't one. When he told me the results of the on-site tests, he explained "I didn't find nothing wrong"...fine to talk that way, except when you are a medical professional. I asked over and over in different ways about the relatively straight forward reason I was there. He never actually answered my question or addressed the problem. Instead he kept repeating an answer that didnt have to do much with my problem. Moreover it sounded like he'd just memorized it off the internet. I tried to reach a manager, but no one returned my call. I could not find any contact or email on the TAUC website to express my concern. Finally, also worth noting that at the end of Dec TAUC agreed to pay the US Justice Dept $9.1 million for submitting false claims for COVID testing. I would not do business with them ever again.

All people (including the staff and doctors) at Total Access Urgent Care were wonderful! Everyone was positive and friendly and the process was very efficient. I would definitely recommend TUAC on Hampton avenue.
