The staff is always friendly, and they treat you like they would like to be treated. I have been going to TAUC for over 20 years. The doctors are always excellent.

Nurses were great as soon as I got a room. Quick and painless drained my thumb that was infected.wait time seemed like it took forever. Just glad I didn't have to get my thumb amputated. I think it was their busy day.

I was coughing when I walked in for my appointment. I was immediately taken to room. I was there for about 5 minutes. I knew I was having trouble breathing. At that time a very nice assistant asked me if I was ok, I said, “well I am having trouble breathing, he immediately came in and assisted me. He took my vitals, he then asked if he could do some swabs.After that my breathing got a little worse, he then gave me a nebulizer treatment which helped.Then the doctor came and in and told me I tested positive for influenza A.The assistant came back and said I was going to get a steroid shot. He politely asked if I minded if he gave it to me. After he gave me the shot he told me all the medicine I was going to be put on to make me better.This assistant was so much help.

Absolutely the best overall! Pre appointment contact, excellent. Location, excellent. Appearance, excellent. Housekeeping, excellent. Front desk (reception) customer service outstanding, staff/employees upbeat, professional and personable. Doc or PA, awesome leader. Knowledgeable, experienced “down to earth” “tells it like it is” honest, true acumen, excellent demeanor, attitude was/is beyond reproach.I could go on, I’ll close by saying, what an amazing experience, what an awesome team!Thank you!P.S. Please share your secret with other service providers.

Physician Assistant Andrew Wahle was very professional and courteous. He showed genuine concern for my health. Office staff was great as well

I experienced a very nice visit with PA Wahle. I wish the clinic was closer to my home so I could use them when needed. PA Wahle was very patient and detailed about my issues. Great staff and office!

The front staff and nurses were very nice. Unfortunately, felt very brushed off by the doctor. Seemed like he just wanted to get in and out. Prescribed nothing and now I’m worse today. Called to see if I could be prescribed something today. No. I would have to come back in and pay another $50 to possibly still have nothing done. Not wasting anymore money here.

Went to the Telegraph urgent care in Oakville today. The staff were all amazing. From the time I walked through the door until the time I left I was very happy with how cordial and caring they all were. I will definitely use this facility again.
