Top Flight Moving was very unprofessional and almost made me not be able to move into my new apartment. After scheduling them, I expected a 24-48 hour confirmation call or email. Never received any. I had to call them and the lady on the phone did acted like I did not schedule them. She finally confirmed that my movers would show up on time for my move in day. I had a scheduled slot for 9am-12pm for a loading dock at my apartment. I needed them at 9am. On the day of my move. The movers did not show. I called at 9:30am asking where they were. The same lady with a children in the background stated they were on the way. It got to 10:30am and I called where she proceeded to send me to voicemail 3 times. The movers arrived at 11:30am. I couldn't even move at that point and told them to leave! She quickly called and asked why I didn't let them move. They were HOURS LATE! I had to make last minute adjustments for other movers. She proceeded to say that my number was blocked because her child was on her WORK PHONE. Unacceptable!

I used top flight moving services on august 15th to move into my new home . I at the last minute decided I needed movers to unpack my truck due to the amount of stuff I had . I called top flight and they were able to make time on their schedule the same day and came out pretty quick and moved everything in no hassle . I definitely would recommend and will be using again . !

Amazing service. Great communication, punctual, and professional. When we arrived at our storage unit, they were already there ready to go. They handle our items with care and was very strategic with how they loaded our storage unit. We will hire them again once our house is ready in a few months!

DO NOT USE them under any circumstance, they subcontract out their work and take zero responsibility. I had a contract with them sent them a check, the day of my move they sent Majestic Movers our ot Chicago who RENTED a truck, the driver worked 12 hours and got in the truck and drove away crashing a brand new rental on I-94 eastbound in Michigan City, IN and took off never to been seen or heard from! His name is Sergei and I have pictures of him. Over $55,000 in damages to our home property and they never returned a phone call from me. My insurance company handled it and I hope the Indiana State Troopers lock them up, they will get caught some day and my salesman from Able - Mark never called back and I Hope he rots in hell

Do your research. Find a reputable company. Pay the extra money. Moved from Portland to Houston - 3 months to get our stuff and when you called - prepare for the runaround, runaround. They subcontract and piggyback your stuff from truck to truck. That's fine, just stop lying and tell us when our stuff will arrive - don't say two weeks and it ends up being 12. Most of our stuff was in pods, but please heed this warning - AVOID!
