Absolutely awful customer service over the phone from the owner. Maybe the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I asked one simple question and was immediately yelled at. Definitely won’t ever be bringing any of my watches here. Watch owners beware!

We recently purchased an engagement ring and wedding band and wanted to purchase vintage.Timekeepers is the place to go! We went to the location on Olive and found a HUGE selection ofvintage rings that could be used as engagement (or not) rings and a nice selection of vintage wedding bands. The staff was very helpful and patient while I tried on MANY during two visits. Suggestions were also made to look at vintage wedding bands to 'match' the vintage ring, but there was no pressure. However, the suggestion was great as I had no idea on what to choose! I love my 'set' as it is unique, and I loved the experience at Timekeepers.While there, I realized Timekeepers could resize a ring that belonged to my great-grandmother that I haven't worn for years. When I picked it up, it was beautifully sized and beautifully cleaned!!! I now wear it proudly.I also enjoyed looking at the HUGE selection of old music boxes and other entertainment boxes from long ago.I highly recommend Timekeepers.

This place is a joke. No says “hello” when you come in. A worker passed by me, looked at me at said NOTHING. It was almost 7 mins before anyone talked to me. Will never come back and I will it recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT come here to get a watch or anything appraised. We came in to get an appraisal on a watch and he looked at it for a second and stated it was fake. We went to two different places and they stated it was real. He was beyond rude. He didn't even look at it properly took a look for a second and automatically it was fake. I get it if you don't know this brand watches but at least state that instead of being disrespectful. Never again will I or anyone I know come here!Edit: Responding to response.Your watchmaker has a little more experience? He looked at it for 2 seconds. We now have THREE appraisals stating it's REAL because they actually took more than a couple seconds looking at it. Looking at your reviews the knowledge is a bit questionable. Your watchmaker looked at a picture of a rolex and stated it's fake and bid $1500 on a Omega watch. I myself worked with watches so I know the price of these watches and their worth. So nice try! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

Haven't been here in several years and decided to go back. Saw a ring I wanted that was priced at $55. Miraculously by the time I went to check out the price changed to $450. Very Dishonest practices. They should have honored the price on the tag.

Asked for a repair of a small thing and owner insisted he had to make other repairs. When I asked him to just replace a pin in watch band, he said he couldn't do it for a month. Not trustworthy.

Told a Rolex was fake after a 2 second view from a photo on my phone, while finding out if they do repairs on Rolexes. Said because colors were never offered from the company. Meanwhile, I have found this exact style/color online as certified by several major Rolex resellers (Bob's Watches, Chrono24, etc...). When told this, clerk double downed on style/color was never made and became irritable. Headed elsewhere where info doesn't make a store clerk irritable.

Needed a few links removed from a watch band on a Saturday. The person who helped us was so kind. This store is really neat. Had a chance to look around for a minute while we waited and there were some really unique antiques in there.
